Normally I trust people but when you go to the on at ******* Westheimer Rd they will tell you anything just to get you to buy My salesperson told me my bill would not be more than $175 but yet I recived a bill for $412. So than I call customer service all they said that I need to go to the store to cancel. So I go get there at 6pm I talk to sale lady Maryam and she says she dont know what happen so she talks to Manager who say will I help after this lady he was helping now after that instead of helping me waiting an hour helps next person who walks in. And ignore us because we have a problem not a purchase. 7pm comes around and he tells Maryam to leave. Why would he tell her to leave if she is the one who knows what's going on. So I got upset told the manager here are the phones I purchase and to cancel my contract. Buy law I was within my timeframe to cancel the worst customer service every received. At that store. When you purchase everyone is quick to help; you but once there is an issue everyone act like they don't know anything.
Wish I could give the customer service zero stars. Their customer service agents can't even speak or understand basic English. I waited 20 mins to get to an agent just to get a shipping label for my trade in phone. I had to spell out every letter in my return address twice using phonetic alphabets, but still the agent messed up my address. I had to use the word "dash" instead of a "hyphen" and they still didn't get it. I finally replied to the email with incorrect shipping label with the correct address. After this drama, the call got disconnected. Neither did they call back nor replied to my email with the correct shipping label.
We finally got AT&T Fiber in our neighborhood and the whole neighborhood got it including our street, BUT our side didn't get it. Now we have been trying to get Fiber for almost a year now and as soon as they put it in our neighborhood they don't put it on our side of the street. So now they are in a different neighborhood and ended their project in ours, which is ridiculous, so they are not reliable and liars.
AT&T is a horrible service to use. Let me start from the beginning: They are disrespectful liars and have the worst customer service you could ever encounter. I bought a phone and service this year and they told me that I could unlock it within two months of use. When I tried doing so, they told me that all my information is wrong and that I should contact them. When I did, the representative was extremely rude and he hung up on me. The service suck because I soon as I started using it I immediately run out of high-speed data and I'm unable to make calls and, I literally just got the phone and sim card. Somehow my pin changed and I called them to let them know that I DID NOT make that decision and they are telling me that they can't do anything about it and left me on hold for over 30 minutes. I literally told them that I'm not in the country and will not be back anytime soon and they told me that I'll have to wait till I get back. What the hell? NEVER USE AT&T!
Very pathetic customer service. I keep getting overbilled every month with idk what sorts of taxes, the promotion said 800$ off but they're not even applying anything. The customer service calls are worse, they keep you waiting over 20 mins on call and when they answer another 30 to 45 mins off call, I'm on the cALL RN AND ITS BEEN LIKE AN HOUR! Hope someone sees this, if you ever get into buying a deal, make sure to know what you are buying they'll make you regret everything.
Land line problem and waited for almost an hour and being transferred around over and over again for them just to end the call.
Had att 3 times over 25 years. Worst carrier ever. Canceled my account 3 times because I was roaming too much. They tried and failed to charge me for them canceling me each time. My wife recently resigned unbeknownst to me and here came the nightmares again. Cell service sucks, phone suck, customer service suck. Nothing good about att. It's defunct. Going back to Verizon and never will this happen again.
I thought about leaving this company I talked to two sups and two reps who did not care my bill was jacked up. However after praying n calling today I had ur agent TT0599 Trishtian Taylor who listened and seen the error on My bill and assisted he did not offer apologies throughout the call he offered assistance. He saved 6 n I do mean six accounts today we were ready to walk away but he saved the day ty for having one amazing reps put of the bunch.
App never works. Website hardly ever works. You have the "ability" to control certain things when it comes to your account, but getting the site or app to pull up to do it is such a pain, you rather not bother with it. I'm done with the aggravation and will be changing providers.
Spent 6 hours between chat and phone to try and resolve a simple issue concerning one of my phone lines. The bill indicated the wrong iphone model and the rep claimed they could do a simple fix... 6 hours later and the phone is not working at all and finally the last rep admitted that the initial rep tried to do a "short cut" to fix the issue and messed up the line. The issue was not my fault but somehow ATT would not do anything to resolve it. I suggested sending a new phone only to be told they have a deal on a new plan that would allow that to happen but that is all they could do. SERIOUSLY? 6 hours for an issue not caused by me and you want to sell me a new plan? HA-shopping for a new carrier today after 30+ years with them.
This company made me transfer from another provider selling me promotion that did not work. At first they were promising that it will kick in after three billing cycles but then told me that I did not qualified for the promo and I should pay the full price. They don't provide you with a written contract, they don't even have an email to contact them. Every time I called a rep would invent some unheard bull$#*! why I need to pay the amount which they overcharged me. Also when I went abroad they charged me everyday $10 but they weren't suppose to as the claim was its only when you use the phone you pay $10 for 24h but after if you don't use it - you don't pay. No-no. This company literally lies to you and you have no proof of what they said.
I don't know where to begin! 7 days later 14 hours of talking and going to stores and stupid stuff happening with my account. I don't have the time to play these game and be over charge fraudulent charges on my account from AT&T if I could and I will leave them I will, 20 years with them and in 7 days of pure stupidness I have to leave spending almost $800.00 to close a fraudulent account... man I'm very upset and mad and angry!
What I mean is a parent company would not cap it's internet a child company caps its internet and charges for extras. Not to mention the data wiping that it does while browsing the internet meaning it will clear your RAM and reload videos sometimes in the middle of it you will see your load bar disappear and then start loading again. Or your browser shuts down and you have to open it and reload it all over again. I wish there was an option for zero Stars cuz that what I was what I would give it one is too much.
So 2 days ago I called AT&T because my internet is out. First I had to deal with an automatic voice service "to fix the problem" trouble shooting. Ok that didn't work. Call back to speak with a human. An hour later I get a person, I explain the situation. She does some stuff on her end and claims my router is bad and they will send me a new one. Ok. The next day I find out a main line is down by a neighbor. Apparently a truck hit it. The neighbors didn't know what it went to so they wrapped it up and hung it on their fence. I called AT&T again was on hold for about an hour. Finally got someone and told him their main line is down and that is why I don't have internet. I informed them that I have a medical device that runs off of wifi, I need wifi or I will be in so much pain ( I refuse pain pills because what they do to people). I was informed that they aren't going to send anyone until Tuesday evening. So they don't care that they have a live wire just hanging on someone's fence and they don't care if it is a medical situation. They informed me that I had to be home as well so they can check the line in my house. The problem ISN'T IN MY HOUSE the problem IS THE MAIN LINE on the side of the damn road. Ugh thanks at&t for not caring about the safety and well-being of your customers and other people.

Called 4 days straight. Cannot get answers. No one knows what they are doing. 2 reps arguing on how to resolve the issues. Now hung up on me. Switching my service after 18 years of direct tv.
I had a business and individual internet service. For bussiness It took total of 4 hours and 3 consultants to get service requested! Then 2 tech visits and I still dont have it. Horrible. For individual I had 100 mbps and was barely getting half of it. I paid $65 a month and then got spectrum 1gb for $50... superior customer service. As my friends said when Ia sked about swithich "whatever you switch to, after AT&T You'll be happy".
My husband passed away & tried to change the name on account. Went to local store & they screwed up! Charged me $250 and then wouldn't remove charge for their mistake. Then disconnected my phone. Thanks for nothing. Signed Grieving Widow!
We were lied to by a phone rep. Increased our bill by over $100.00 per month. Took four hours on phone to correct. The changes that had to be made to correct bill resulted in our installment plan being cancelled. They billed us for the balance of the plan. We were not told about this in advance. Do not do business with AT&T wireless. They are criminals.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
