Promotion: turn in any android in any condition for the new s22 for free.
The salesperson over the phone stated they wld send the new free phone to me, and include the mailing stickers to return my old phone. However, the stickers were not included, so I had to call to request some to send my old phone (the customer service knew exactly what label to send me, so there is no excuse)
You wld think they knew what they were doing...nope.
I get the labels and the salesperson reassured me I was still in the time frame to get credit for the free new phone.
I proceeded to mail in my old phone to get my new phone for free.
Several months later I noticed my bill was wrong and I still wasnt receiving credit for the phone (they tell you it can take 3 months or more for it to show). According to the salesperson I spoke to, AT&T/the 1st person sent me return labels for the new phone instead of the old phone! The box with my old phone then went to the new phone warehouse, and nobody raised any flags or contacted me.
Now I'm stuck paying installment plans for a new phone when it should have been free!
The customer service stated without proof from emails or a store of them stating the deal I was getting, I am stuck paying the new installments (I did everything over the phone), so I get no credit for turning in my old phone that was paid off.
I've been a customer for over 4 years, and this is how they treat me. I wld not have traded my paid off note 9 for nothing, especially for the s22 if it wasnt for free.
The 1st 2 salespeople I spoke to said they had no record of a tracking number or even receiving my old phone, until I found proof, then the 3rd person stated they located it but it went to the wrong place and they cant do anything. Sketchy.

Do your research! Double check everything. Go to a store if you upgrade or trade in. AT&T doesnt know what they are doing.
I have had ATT since July 2021 and I have had problems since the beginning. There is a static sounds and it cuts out to where the other parties can hear every 2-3 words. I have had 2 tickets in to see what the issue is and no one has ever connected me. Today they said there is no issues. When I made the comment I would go elsewhere they did not even try to stop me or keep me. Now I pay over $300 a month for cell phone service alone and I pay $130 a month for internet for 2 houses as well. It is time to move on to someone else. Oh also the supervisor said that in the Oklahoma City metro area that they only have 5 cell phone towers. I find that hard to believe

This is yh worst service I've never had in my 35 years on earth my bill was never what it was said it would be if they ever approach you about service run it's all a scam they're overpriced and underserviced I was trying to change my service back to who it was before they conned me into getting their service and now they want me to pay $2,600 for 3 months of service and I've already paid $600 into this phone bill now I have to just take the loss of my phone number that I have had for years before they conned me into getting this service when they came out to my home when I was getting my internet installed they got these crooks on the street signing people up for phones and when you call into the service center they act as if they don't know nothing about what the people told you in regards to the phone bill they act like they're helping you lower your bill when it's still over the amount you were told that you were going to be paying they told me I will be paying $160 every month my bill came back at $500 I call in they talk it down to 275 and I'm supposed to be happy with that just horrible horrible provider I wish I would have read the reviews from all the other people that have a similar experience before I transferred my phone number to them
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was lied to, had my trade in stolen, and am now stuck in a contract for the next 3 years with a service that can barely send a text message. Run away from att mobile if you don't want to have to call monthly to find out what fresh excuse they have for why your bill is over $100
AT&T keeps going up 214.00 a month for a business line, this is outrageous during inflation. Switching to a wireless phone and disconnecting.
Got ripped off when I bought their lousy service. Trying to get info on upgrading phone. "Call for 24/7 support." "Our office is currently closed." LOOK AT THEIR OVERALL RATING BEFORE YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GETTING AT&T
They promise you good coverage and it is not true, bad customer service, the advisors never know anything and can not solve, they are nosy, they charge things that are not and no one regulates them, please do not move your service to this company. EXPENSIVE!
They only care about new customers. Got hung up on & he never called me back. New phone promotions only apply to new customers. Impossible to get ahold of customer service
Getting involved with politics not renewing NEWSMAX contract is horrible along with that very seldom DO we ever get somebody from the States so we can discuss our bill.I have been with AT&T because I try to stay loyal but this has all gotten ridiculous so my 5 lines are now Leaving this company.

At&T used to be great. Now they do not care at all. You used to be able to upgrade regularly and it not cost you a fortune and when you went in the store or called they actually tried to help you. Now it is sorry you are stuck with the plan you have the phone you have and we do not care if they work.

Direct TV and AT&T are de-platforming Newsmax. AT&T claims they made the decision for cost-cutting reasons, despite paying out massive sums in cable licensing fees to leftist channels with lower ratings.

I'm in the middle of a mess with AT&t, we have switched from T-mobile to AT&t and it is not going well, i am paying full price for a phone that a manager brought us to trade and unfortunately it did not go well, do not let sales managers or sales persons come to your home, is better to be done at the source, because after they leave they will block you and block any source of contact you have with them. AT&T has a great department called loyalty department, but that is the only department where trained professionals really know their ways to get around, and because all the other reps does not know anything for when it comes to issues my problems became bigger and more complicated, and now AT&T kept my phone and full price of the sell they made,$1140 in order to get my lines working again. Also depending on the area, they will also lack service and messages do not come as fast as they say they should. So if i can save you some time and headaches, yes AT&T shows you good prices and good deals, but they lack big on management and sales teams and all you need is Loyalty to get better answers. Run away from AT$T if you can.

Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
