It's very very terrible as long with the internet. They charge you so much for deals you can find with better internet connections. Don't waste your time with this company. Since the internet is terrible here.
If I could use any internet provider other than AT&T, I would. But the apartment complex I live in is all dedicated to AT&T. I have tried them various places all over the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and it is always the same old song. "It is not our equipment, it is your computer, your TV, your device, have a good day." Or they will give me specific instructions like, "Try a wired connection via ethernet -- that will solve all your problems. Have a nice day." The problems are never EVER solved. They replace the router. Same problems afterwards. They "change the connections" from wherever they are located (usually the far side of the planet and very difficult to understand). The problems persist. Slow internet, repeated disconnections, constant buffering, deny, deny, deny. Last time, they told me it was because so many people in my building were also using ATT and that "caused interference." Well, we all HAVE to use ATT because ATT convinced the apartment construction team that the whole complex should be wired for ATT and nothing else. So here I am. Same old song, same nonsensical lyrics, and I am sick of it.
Stay Away at ALL Costs! I have had one of their phones for 4 years to use as a spare, but was told I could not unlock now because I have only had it 1 month. (?) During all of this I was given 2 'Case Numbers' but never received any response from either. Although - when I called - I was told both were closed. No one can explain why their data shows that I "First Used" my 4 year old+ phone on the exact day that I went into one of their stores to ask "Why can't I unlock my phone?" The web site for Unlock - where you enter your phone #, name and email address - keeps saying "The information you entered is not correct", but gives no indication of which information is 'wrong' (I think I really do know my own name) or why something else is not correct. Then I was told that the requirement of 180 use before an unlock is allowed actually means 180 day of "Continuous Use", not just calendar days. I asked how many days of use they figured I had on this phone that I use as a 'spare'. They don't know, cannot tell me. Also, how much use counts as "Continuous"? No answer on that either. Oh, and the phone I have, which was purchased in an AT&T Store, is also not considered by AT&T to be an "AT&T Phone". Wow. Really, really not worth the hassle folks, no matter what kind of deal they offer. Personally, I don't like dealing with companies that tell me I'm a liar because their information is so totally wrong.
I have moved and keep scheduling appointments with AT&T they give you appointments you either work from home have to go in I can't do either one but 3 day they don't show up it's ridiculous I take out of work miss getting paid and can't work from home either it's sad

AT&T $#*!ING SUCKS! From the customer service to the $#*!ty wireless service they provide. They make promises to you that they can't and won't keep, then rape you for your money and leave you with $#*!ty customer reps who pass you around because "That's another department who handles your issue, but we will be more than happy to transfer you; Please hold." Pushing you back to the $#*!ing automated system to speak with 20 other $#*!ing none helpful $#*!ers!
Short version of the bull$#*!...I bought a new iPhone and was suppose to receive a trade in credit of $1000, but never received it. Had issues shipping the phone out and was recommended that I bring the device to the store to have it shipped back. $#*!ING SURPRISE AT&T states they never received the device, now they have to do an investigation but still wants me to $#*!ing pay. Every time I call these $#*!ers I end up speaking to at minimum 8 to 12 reps that can't help.

So I was shopping at Sam's in Mansfield, TX&Janelle stopped me. With an offer, I couldn't refuse! Stupid me because not only did I pay them $200 for the GS22 but was told my bill would only be $75 at most a month. The battery life on the phone sucked so I asked Janelle what should I do. She was helpful at FIRST, but then I hear nothing but crickets from her! I had to pay a fee to get a new phone, because I was told it MIGHT (Like how can y'all not check it in the store, but whatever) be a battery issue. I had coverage so they shipped me a brand-new phone. So I finally get my first bill expecting $75. Well, it was $202.00! I will NOT pay this and I will be going to at&t to itch someone out! Long story short battery life still sucks on this NEW phone and I went back to Metro PCS! Eff you at&t.
Had a intenet technical issue. Literally spoke with over 40 technicians from 8am to 7pm on phone constantly. I have been placed on hold for long wait time. Connected to surveys instead of proper department. This place is a joke. They have no organization and the resps are completely unknowledgeable had to cancel service and go elsewhere. They split my internet to 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz which made my secitruty cameras not work. And had no idea how to remove the 2.4. I have NEVER experienced such incompetant, unproffesional reps in my life. American customer service has been ruined by foreign out sourcing. And this is a prime example
Had ATT internet for 15 years and would never get more that 4mbps. I paid for high speed. Would never upgrade my service. Dumped internet and direct tv for dropping conservative news shows. Now get 60 Mbps with straight talk internet and video for tv and my security cameras actually show live time for a change. Go woke and go broke.
Yesterday my dad drove 2 hrs to bring me a phone he bought me and added to his plan said all I needed to do was put my apple ID in and it would work wrong 2 hrs on the phone they sent us to valley plaza mall to at&T we arrived there and were greeted by a employee named Hannah Musick,great person hard worker helped us for over 3 hrs on the phone trying to figure it out she seen my dad was getting tired and had to still drive 2 hours home she was able to get us to last step to add the line she helped us over 3 hours and was still helping customers back and fourth she is a great employee deserves a raise for sure see she didn't even know the reason it was so important for me and my dad to get that phone activated that day she was just doing her job my dad drove down to bring me the phone and activated it because he just found out he has 3 months to live and I didn't have a phone so he got that phone so he can get a hold of me thats why it was so important to get the phone activated and Hannah was just great she went well and beyond thank you.

I sent in 4 phones for credit and they lost 3 of the 4 phones. They told me they would pay off T-mobile phones but didn't and lost those phones so im stuck paying for those as well as phones for at&t. They should have put insurance on my phones like they said they would have to find out I don't have insurance on my 4000 dollars worth of phones. Seriously this company $#*!ing sucks and I look forward to filing a lawsuit
I had AT&T for a couple of years. The cost kept going up, and my monthly charge in the past year ranged from $110-$196! I took notes on calls to customer service asking about inconsistent billing. When calling back and referring to what I was told, no one had records of my calls. The company lies and does not train its agents well. Different answers from different agents. Hours and hours of calls every month. Unfortunately, AT&T had the most consistent connection where we lived. We have moved, and the first thing I did was change providers.
AT&T popped a hole in the screen of one of my crawl space vents rather than going through the wall. I can no longer close my vent due to the fiber optic cable blocking it. This is a problem in the winter. They want to charge me $150 to fix their faulty installation because 90 days have passed. They refuse to fix their poor workmanship at no charge.
Wife and I recently shifted our cell providers from Verizon to ATT after being with Verizon for over 20 years. This store is deceitful and took advantage of us as customers. The day we bought our new phones my wife's trade in was seen by the store staff Joshua and Tony and Tank the store reps that where there was some damage to her backing on her phone for trade in they said no problem 800.00 trade in value for the damage and 1000.00 for full condition of phone. So my wife and I said okay we went with the iPhone 14 Pro with the mindset and understanding with the promotion it would be 800.00 off retail price of phone. So moving forward last night went in and they only gave us 350.00 trade in value saying the promotion was over and only available to give back 350.00 after 3 plus hours on phone with corporate sales and service turns out that the promotion is still valid and they lied and were deceitful to us as honest customers. Stay away from this store it is very depressing that they had taken advantage of my wife and I. When I asked for the trade in phone back they refused to give it back I was trying to hold it until an answer came back from corporate. Stay away from coliseum stores in hampton VA.
Called to schedule service change. It was scheduled for today Friday February 3,2023. I have waited all day. Called to find out what is the lastest they will come to make sure I am here. She says she can't see the scheduled appointment for today. Now I have been on hold for 33 mins waiting to speak to a supervisor! This is horrible customer service and service in general.
Esto ha sido una pesadilla, me cambié el lunes pasado, "los tecnicos" me instalaron directv, dejó los cables afuera guindando, el del Internet, dejó los cables que instalo regados y frente a mi puerta casi me caigo. Mi vecina casi se cae tmbn, los cellular otra tragedia, mi peor error fue cambiarme a ATT, pensé que eran profesional. Ya me embarqué con el contrato.
I started with there Wi-Fi which was AMAZING no issues at all but when I finally decided lets try out the wireless side BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I canceled within their 14 day window and returned the phones and everything just to be told I owe a $313 bill which is for an entire month so I called and canceled and decided to do T-Mobile instead they have better discounts and for whatever reason how do I end up with a almost $700 bill when I canceled within the 14-day window. How do you keeping charging after an account has been canceled and you have received your merchandise back. I canceled my Wi-Fi service due to the horrible customer service I had to deal with and guess what still dealing with the issue when I been trying to get settled when it happened in November of 2022.
I have liked my actual phone service, however customer service is so bad if I could give them 0 stars I would. I don't know if they need more training but I called and and they messed up my whole account when I just wanted to upgrade. Then my bills changes the next day to $100 more. They start adding all sorts of charges that don't make sense. Avoid getting AT&T at all costs. They do not give a crap about their customers..
One month ago I bought 2 new prepaid plans for one year. Each cost $400. Unfortunately, my husband passed away. AT&T refused to refund any money. That is immoral. As a female my income is cut more than in half and I know $400 is nothing to a huge corporation, but a lot to me. A rating of 1 because I can't give lower.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
