This carrier is crazy they gonna update without telling the customer from regular to premium and they give my military discount also,I can so they can payed more and they tell me to the store solve the problem and end up nothing. I DONT LIKE THAT IS NOT WORK FOR ME LIKE THAT.

Awful service

Genuinely awful customer service, I moved into a new apartment and was waiting on a technician to come install my WiFi for over a week. Then day finally rolls around for my appointment at 8:00 am and he's an hour late so I call and I'm told to keep waiting. 3 more hours pass of me sitting in my home waiting and I call back again and am told he missed the appointment and I have to wait another week for someone else to come help. Absolutely ridiculous it's been a nightmare dealing with this company. So I canceled my appointment with at&t and called Verizon and the same day I was able to get my wife up and running.

Worst customer service ever, they lie about your trade in's and charge you full price after they say it will only be 200 owed, then they'll hike your bill up every month without notice or reason. Horrible phone Service not to mention, very unreliable

All Managers are liers

I switched my 4 lines from Metropcs, one phone was iphone 14 plus which i should have received by 01/09/23 to 01/16/23. Since 01/16 I'm chatting and talking with ATT Supervisors and they give me all different answers. On 01/20 I received the email from ATT that the order is cancelled because it cannot be fulfilled. I contacted ATT supervisor she texted me an ATT store address and to pick up the phone from there and all the notes are recorder and send to them. I just went to the store and they said it doesn't work that way, the supervisor needs to create a order for that which is not done. I contacted another manager the same time and he said we can't do anything you have to cancel the whole port in.
Please Do not order anything which is on promotion for AT&T. I have wasted more than 10 hours chatting and talking to them and evetime I get different answer. I'm just writing this because I don't want anybody going through this frustration.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen; I have the insurance through AT&T. I made rhe claim this morning online I dropped it off at 10 picked it up at 2pm could not be happier with the ease of the claim process and the quality of the repair.

Just got off the phone with ATT to ask why I am still paying for a phone that my son traded in back in October at an Apple store and paid for his new phone in full. They responded by saying "just because you traded it in doesn't mean you still don't have to pay the balance on the installment payment."
So, we turned in an iPhone 11 and paid in full for his iPhone 13 at an Apple store. They placed the sim card in his new phone and continue to charge us a monthly installment for the iPhone 11 which we no longer have. They state they have no deals with the Apple store so I am out of luck. Disturbing - will be leaving ATT.

Great service overall

Honestly I don't understand how so many people have bad experiences with the customer service. I wasn't sure about my current service provider (metro) and I spoke with someone (I believe the name was kiera) and they convinced me to switch! I've heard good things about the data plans but heard about bad customer service. But my experience was great!

I gave 1 star because I can't give a -0- star review. Dont pay for the protection on your phone. They do not have a place in Bellingham you can get support with that. No one in the Guide Meridian store will help you when your phone breaks. The warranty is not serviced in Bellingham, you have to wait a week or more just to get an appointment to get a phone fixed.

My husband and I came in with a phone that was broken and not useable - apps were disappearing and we could not get assistance with the store clerks and only option was the protection plan to try the warranty we bought. No appointment for a week. Only way we could get anything done was to buy a new phone. We had to move to another carrier just to have a phone to use. He can't be without one. We felt forced to buy a new phone after paying for a protection plan for 2 years and not being able to use it. This felt like a bait and switch tactic. No option for us but to wait.

We changed carriers just so he could have a working phone. AT&T is now charging us for the remaining month when they would not help us in the store. When I called and asked for help on the customer service line...I had to wait for a supervisor and she just quoted the contract language. Billion dollar company does not care about its customers. They have no problem overcharging. I would understand if the store had offered us a generic phone to use for the week or something. They did nothing to help us.

Buyer beware. T-Mobile has great plans and are much more helpful.

I have had non stop issues with ATT for a long time and no one is willing to help me with it. Back in Mar 26,2019. I went to my local AT&T store and traded in one of our phones. We were told we would receive a promotion for switching from a personal account to a business account and we would get 2 new iPhone 12 pros for free. We were then still charged full price. I tried calling AT&T over and over and they kept telling me different things. I was eventually told that since this was done at store level I needed to go back to the store because there were different discounts at the store level and over the phone. We were told that she did not see any discounts added when I made the switch though. We at that time created a claim. We also traded a phone in at the time and were supposed to get credit but it was never applied. I am very upset because I was talked into this deal and now everyone is acting like it didn't exist. I went back to the store and a staff member created another ticket and told me they would contact me when it was fixed. No one ever followed up. Now, almost 4 years later I still have not had this issue resolved.

Needed to use Asurion insurance for repair. Called customer service because I had a problem getting my business account validated by Asurion. Customer service agent had a strong accent that I had trouble understanding. Frustrating for both of us, but she informed me that since the phone was damaged they would replace it with a new phone, same model. She had no idea what Asurion was. When I told her it was insurance that ATT offers on their plans she said she was not in the insurance department.
Since she was offering a new phone I said I would take it.Only problem was they did not have a comparable model in stock. She had earlier stated that I could go to an ATT store to have it replaced or take a different model in its place, a model that did not have the feature I needed. So I was said I would go to the store. Shen then began to tell me something that I think was going to be cautionary, but when I didnt understand something she said and asked if she could repeat it, she abruptly thanked me for being with ATT for 10 years and announced that she couldnt help me. Bang! She hung up the call. I never once shouted at her, demeaned her or used any cuss words. This reps strong accent should have disqualified her from taking US calls. Further she had very poor knowledge of how to handle my needs, from both the device and repair standpoints. She has no business being at ATT, particular in the department handling business subscribers. Come to think of it she really only deserves a 1 star rating, and she gets that just because she answered the phone.

Bad internet

I have had AT&T for about a year now and it goes out so much. It's every other month it goes out and takes weeks before the show up to fix it. They know where the problem is but refuse to fix the issue correctly the first time and keep splicing the lines together. It takes weeks to get someone here once you call in the problem and then they do not show up where they are supposed to after the even send you the text messages saying they will be arriving at a certain time. Very bad for business and do not recommend AT&T at all.

ATNT doesn't care if I lose my job.

My job is remote. I accidentally gave them the wrong apartment number address and they couldn't setup my wifi because of it. As a result I had to go to my old apartment where my roommate is soon to move out and do my job there. Living uncomfortablely as all my furniture is at my new apartment.

I was told to redo the order and spent $100 on a advance payment for that new order. While I would be refunded for the previous order (which i wasn't)

Guess what? A system error canceled it. And now I'm being told by the manager that I gotta purchase a new order lmfao. My job is on the line and they don't $#*!ing care. They have their job, they don't care if you lose yours or if you default on rent and become homeless.

So now I'm waiting for the $#*!ing manager to call me tomorrow 01/12/2023 to see if someone can cancel their $#*!ing appointment and I can get slotted. Such a great service, ensuring that by the time your wifi order is completed, your already unemployed and homeless.

The outlet is installed all I need is the $#*!ing MODEM AND ROUTER

HOW $#*!ING HARD IS IT TO JUST TAKE 15MINS TO DELIVER THOSE AND ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT!

I $#*!ing hate at&t and the customer service is awful, and liars. At&t allow the sales department to lie just to get you in a god for sake extremely high paying contract. With features, that should come with the phone but, they make you pay for. Like the app active armor for one.
This company customer service is absolutely awful., Atrocious... Lazy and I'm starting to believe our right dumb, there's not one person in this company I have spoken with and was satisfied, mostly because a great majority of At&t customer service were not trained obviously but, more so did not understand what the hell they were talking about. I'll be happy when my EXTREMELY HIGH CONTRACT IS OVER.I WILL SWITCH CARRIERS. AT&T IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES...AND u would think with all those towers they have it's good service, well it's not calls drop all the time ughh a $#*!ing disaster making the choice to switch to this awful phone company...I regret every last dime I give them I $#*!ing hate at&t. And I hope you tell that $#*!ing company. I wish they gave fingers to show if u like this company...I would give these $#*! holes 5 middle fingers.U $#*!ING SUCK.

Death contract

This company is a death contract.
I had brought my own device, now I'm being harassed to pay my bill of $80.00 in order to unlock a phone that's not even theirs to begin with. (Mind you bill payment has already been scheduled) but it doesn't have anything with locking a device that's not theirs.
Worst company ever. Wish I never had signed up.
