Bad service

So I was stopped at a Sams Club to trade my T-Mobile service for AT&T. I did the switch. The man who helped stopped helping once I signed up. Then when you are in a situation they do not help much. I called to arrange a payment arrangement. They helped with that then, 2 hours later they turn off my service and cant help set it up again. They are no help. Tmobile was way better. Wish I can go back but I am on contract. All they did was tackled me with more fees.

Our internet speed is at 0.14 and we have been calling for 3 days. 3 technicians, $100 modem we did not need and no way to upgrade on our system. Foreigners who do not speak English enough to even give a prepaid LABEL to get money for the Modem back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Selling 5G where you can't even get it in the Area you live! We should be filling A Class Action Lawsuit for Fraud! They take $55 a month and 2 people can't even look at email at the same time. I want to know how to SUE them for Fraud.

Scammers

I wholeheartedly don't want to give 1 full star. I don't think they deserve this much. I currently have this service and the connection is horrible. It doesn't pick up anywhere, and I get more frequent drop calls.
The Scamming aspect of this is where I was told by a represented that id I trade my 1 phone 11 as well as start a new line with AT&T that's the New iPhone 14 would be Free. As well as my phone bill will be $67 ( one single line btw) and that's not true. The representative told me the 1st 3 bills would be high and they are all $#*!ing liars. My Bill is $107 and when i called then turns out am still paying for the New phone even though i shiped my old phone to them... Biggest scammers

If anything happens you can never reach anyone and if your lucky enough to reach someone the don't speak any English. They sign you up tell you you're bill will be one price and then when you start getting your bill watch out, mine is 127.00 more then i was shown on the contract and I've called and called I get nowhere. Anyone thinking about switching to AT&T don't RUN! Their F@#KING HORRIBLE in every way... Here's another good one, i have the 22 ultra, phone didn't work drop call after drop call they sent me a new one. Same thing happens now i can reach the people that I received the replacement and she said she would contact me the following Wed. No call, I'll called 25 times always same message...I will be cancelling as soon as my check comes in and throwing these phones in the G@D Damn Ocean...

Waited half an hour to load weather radar. Not being able to access this info due to ATTs horrible service could be very dangerous and even deadly. So many deadspots it is ridiculous! Can not get service in town even. Don't believe me...go to Fremont Indiana and see how long it takes to get online while you're in the middle of town. ATT SUCKS!

Run away fast

Worst mobile company out there. Fraud charges and if you don't take snapshots of your paid in full bill and chats with agents you will be stuck paying a bill you know is fraudulent. I cancelled in May to go to T-Mobile which is great btw! Paid my bill in full and took a snapshot, talked with. A representative who said I'm all set and will have NO MORE CHARGES, in the end they charged me a $7 late fee in July when I paid in full in May and had a zero balance after that. They are corrupt. Always get proof of what you do or better yet just don't sign up with them. They have a 1.3 score for most review sites and that's telling. Nowadays there are many alternatives. Stay far away from AT&T!

This company is a joke. They don't care about their customers, they have people working in the middle east that promise you stuff over the phone and then they don't want to honor it. In my case this person promised a $20 discount for bundling 2 services, and it took them 3-4 months to bundle the services, and after that when I called to get my discount, they said they don't offer the discount anymore. I asked them to go back and listen to the recorded conversation, and they said the conversations stay on their system for only 30 days, are you kidding me? Bunch of incompetent people and I'm just waiting for the phone's contract to end so I can leave this stupid company. Be careful with this company, run away!

We haven't had wi-fi for two whole weeks and they told us we needed a new wifi box so we got one and we didn't even need it then they said it's a cut wire so they fixed the wire then it worked for a day and a half and then they came back and dug that new wire up and it hasn't worked since. All i'm saying is at&t needs to do their $#*!ing job they actually suck $#*! they are all dumb

Good luck getting signal. Used to get okay service. The last year has been horrible. I've asked several times about a tower being down and they say there isn't. Probably selling all the data out to the off brand companies!

Brandon Miranda, an AT&T salesperson, showed up on my doorstep after I had signed up for AT&T internet. Brandon's job is to get people to switch from their current cellular provider to AT&T and he is very good at his job. The problem is that Brandon will say whatever you need to hear to make the switch. Brandon Miranda flat out lied to us to get the sale. Not only did it cost me $400 more than Brandon quoted for me to leave Verizon but my monthly AT&T bill is 15% more than he quoted as well. When I tried to contact Brandon to remedy the issue he would not call me back. His, email suggestion was that I go to slower speed service then my bill will be lower. I do not want slower speeds and I was not quoted for slower speeds. All I want is what I was promised. Brandon, in an email, told me that I should take up my issue with his manager Londale Kirk. So, I have called Londale six times in the last few days and he will not answer my call nor call me back. If you are approached by Londale Kirk and Brandon Miranda please do not believe a word that they say. They will lie to your face until they get what they want then they disappear immediately after they are exposed.

I am tired of being gouged by at&t. I have been with them about four months and every single month I have had to fight with them over a screwed up bill, that I have had to go into store to get resolved, every single month.
I am going back to Verizon that I was with for 20 years.
AT&Ts Customer Service is next to worthless.
I strongly recommend you stay away from AT&T!@

This is the worst telecommunications… This is the worst telecommunications company ever. Bad customer service. Just bad in every way. I Have had and loved DirecTV. For 30 years. I absolutely hate that it was bought by ATT. Ready to leave Directv behind to be done with ATT. Can't pay DirecTv bill online because they redirect you to the ATT site that has no information about my DTV account. I got rid of the ATT cell account. Gonna call another phone company and. Dish Network. Now. I'm done with ATT.

Since I signed a contract with ATT the journey with this company is a nightmare…. I have to fight every 3 months over bills that are way too high. They lied about everything and want your money. I wish I could give this company 0 stars but I had to gave them one. One too much. Don't make the same mistake!

It so frustrating to get help with AT&T support. Besides, the long wait for the representative to answer, I was bounce bounce back and forth between departments many times. Worst disconnected between transfers. And if the transfer is successful, there's no continuity of the call. I have to explain it again. I spent about 5 hours to find out what happened to my trade in. After frustrating call waiting, drop connection, multiple transfers, I finally able to get hold to a supervisor but instead of helping me, he lied about it. He told me that my phone was damaged, has no value, thus was donated. I know right away it's a lie, because my trade in phone is in good condition, thus, I invested further. I called another agent again and finally for some reason, she is competent and able to give me information. First, she told me that there's no notes or report that my phone is damaged and was donated. The supervisor I spoke earlier is outright lied. Second, they received my trade in but the box is empty. She able to give me some tracking number to follow up. I have the receipt from Usps that I mailed my trade in Jan 19,2023. I called Usps and told me that an AT&T mailing agent Pitney bowes picked up my trade in the next day Jan 20. Per tracking, AT&T received and process the trade in, April 26,2023, after more than 3 months, very unusual. To make it short, my trade in was loss and AT&T can't help out.
After many years at At&t, time to leave!

The mobile operator AT&T in the year 2023 is getting worse both in the mobile Internet signal and in the calls my name and alessandre aguiar and I am not satisfied with everything that is happening I am having a lot of headaches and daily stress with the quality of this operator I will try to leave this AT&T company soon.
