Last week our land line phone stopped working. We've dealt with this twice over the past year. In the past they'd send someone to fix the problem.This time they avoided our complaint and just tried to upsell us on a different service. Helpful, right. We had to simply end that phone call. Next call they insisted it is our phone, not their lines. Absolutely, not sending anyone. Fine, so we purchased a new phone and instaoled it. Still doesn't work. Third call finally got a resolution. They're sending someone. Now we have to return the phone we don't need. AT&T, Just acknowldge they it's YOU and deal with the problem appropriately. No one has time for this.

My sister lost her memory and communication ability. I obtained a POA to help.
Spent 21 hours on phone, 4 1/2 hours in store, to have them tell me they couldn't even get into her acct. They referred me to an email box that is always full, told me to go to their store. Couldn't help me there either. When I closed the account and tried to open a new one, a guy from fraud who sounded like Tony Soprano asked me questions about cars that I had owned in my life, (which were many) I flunked because I couldn't remember the years of the autos. The question were targeted for young people. I am 75 years old and have owned many cars. This has been one of the most frustrating situations I have ever encountered. Will speak with an attorney regarding the legality of their fraud questions.

Very unsatisfied customer the AT&T representative Jessica Nieto said I would get $800 in rewards for changing my services from T-Mobile. Rewards were supposed to pay off my T-Mobile phones and I didn't receive my rewards because representative did not enter my apartment number so rewards got stolen and i cannot get them replaced I was denied. So now I am stuck with this big bill with T-Mobile, would have never changed my services if I had known.

AT&T once again raised my bill. Infrastructure around here is antiquated and the speed is that of a slug. We only use 2% of our allowance and have been customers for over 30 years. I called customer service?, and had to deal with a company trained robot. Oh yeah, the CEO makes 21.6 million per year. Our gateway goes bad every 2 years.My nephew has a Masters degree in computer reseach engineering and he said it is a toy. You would think that they would want to retain customers. Time to start calling the competition

Christian at the Maple Avenue country fair shopping center store is wonderful! Very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. I told him my issues. And he was able to help with them all. In no time I was up and running again and pleased with the customer service Christian provided. I won't go anywhere else should the need arise again.Thank you At&t

We scheduled an appointment for AT&T fiber to come out and install it in our house. Today was the day they were supposed to come and they didn't. I have tried expert chat with AT&T 3 times today and every time I was told to call. But whenever I called I was turned away or told to call later. I was also told to pay for another appointment for them to come out and the next appointment isn't until august. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality of their service (which I didn't even get) and their customer service has made me even more angry at them.

Costumer service Ha what a joke and beware if you try to upgrade you may have to come outa pocket if you upgrade before your expiration date of current plan because you will not be credited WTF and I always thought that if you order something you don't get it until you pay just because I select something shouldn't affect my plan until you pay but not AT&T they erase your plan and automatically upgrade now you are stuck making a payment or no service until the check comes on the 1 no sympathy for my situation or disability I have Cerebral palsy a phone is how I communicate and survive without it I'm forced to walk when I really cant

Signed up for AT&T business account exactly 7 days ago. I know what the cost is I had it over a year ago. Got my first bill today unbelievable they can't even get that correct. The first day I signed up for service I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support only to find out that my 5G phone will only get three or four G on their cell service. The representative never told me that. That is very misleading. Call tech support again today to find out my business account is in my personal name. That's going to cause an issue on my tax deductions. I took them the paperwork from my previous account that had my business name f e i n number everything was there. What does he do he gets it wrong. Spent another 2 hours on the phone today with tech support by the way which is offshore because they don't want to hire Americans to take care of their problems! I'm getting rid of their service after seven days I have a Samsung Galaxy a42 and it is not my phone that is the issue. I get zero bars for service and I am in the one of the major cities in the South florida! I'm done they get absolutely nothing correct at all. And every time I ran a speed test I get about 5 Mbps download. With 0.08 megabytes per second upload. Google 5G speed and see what it's supposed to be! Look at the screenshot when I signed on to my *******@Taccount and tried to get support! Lmao! Look at the slow speeds!

I have been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years and am now retiring and have asked to have a plan more in the price range of other phone companies and stay with AT&T. But instead they seem to keep going up and they don't care. I'm now having a hard time paying almost $200 a month for 2 lines unlimited talk, text, and data. I'm in the process of searching for another phone company that hopefully cares about their customers.

Service is crap

I could be in the middle of the city and still get horrible service. I have to constantly walk around to find a good spot for service no matter where I'm at. I would standing next to somebody who is having no issues with phone calls or internet while I can't get either. AT&T has gone down hill dramatically in the last few years.

I have blown away by knowing how much they charge to their carriers. They have bad customer service, bad internet service and bad carrier lines. I wish I had better words to show my rage to this crap. I suggests each and everyone of you to be aware of this company. You won't know how big amount you have already been charged and they will show you utter nonsense reason without lettting you know about it.

Beware of AT&T sales scammers, liars, con-artists who will happily defraud U. Two AT&T salesmen defrauded me, by giving me inaccurate quotes for cell /wireless service. There are many good reasons why their score is incredibly low! So, first sales guy@ Target said my mo. Bill would be $50., he assured me that was accurate & I signed up. Then I stopped to double ck on the $50 quote & was told no, it will be about $70/mo. My bill was $400 & I'd already pd fees at both places. FORGET about getting help at AT&T! They'll keep u on the phone for MANY hours and do NOTHING for you. If u are NOT talking to the BILLING dept. The call is a BIG JOKE! And, Beware! AT&T will sign u up for 2 or more lines w/o telling U! The company is the WORST, most corrupt that I've ever run into in 50 years! Worse than the corrupt car mechanics! What a nightmare. I went back to
T mobile that gives accurate billing info. And NEVER a problem. If scammed by AT&T keep track of every call & all you pr time dealing w/ the nightmare, so u can bill them for your time, then file a dispute, then file for an arbitration hearing, & if that doesn't work, then small claims court. If they ruin your credit score by lying to u AT&T can be sued for that, and many other issues, like being defrauded. Google "sue AT&T".

Be cautious of AT&T agent Brandon Matamoro, an Integrated Solutions Consultant from National Distribution in Home Experts *******681). He works in Miami, Florida. Matamoro deceives customers by promising a gift card that never arrives, providing false information about services, ignoring phone calls, and becoming unreachable. This results in the worst customer service experience.

Slow service and a high bill not worth it! Crappy phone service my $#*!s always buffering.not worth the bill I'm stuck paying every month and 240 a month for four lines and phones don't include any insurance either I should of stayed w us cellular.

They make it sound like a good deal to get you sign a 3 year contract or they tell you the phone is free or at a discount rate but you actually still paying the full price for a phone that the value depreciate in a few months because of a new device that comes out and each sales representative doesn't explain clearly or not really know because their job is to make a sale

A month ago I called the customer service number to cancel a phone line no longer in use that AT&T was charging $400 a month for. I spent a full hour on the phone with two people who barely spoke English and instead of doing as I asked, the spent the whole time trying to sell me something. They wouldn't accept that I didn't want their internet package. After an hour and me finally yelling at them to cancel the line they agreed and said they would email a conformation number, which never came. Fast forward to today and I received another $400 bill. Once again we have to call, wait on hold and fight with someone from India trying to cancel the service. I finally told them I was under no circumstances going to pay them another payment for anything. Big companies like this think if they make it as hard as possible to stop doing business with them, we will just keep paying. Terrible customer service!

Benton Harbor store should have a zero! From the DM to the employees! They lack everything from knowledge and how to handle an speak! They said I would have to come in again, because they keep charging me every single month more than they
Should! Said o sorry Can't get out that information over the phone whenever I asked him to check my account! You'll have to call corporate to get that information over the phone! These people are a joke! Took them months to reverse a late fee, that I didn't even have! Now here we go again! Stay away from the BH store my husband and I will be going elsewhere!

I did not have a contract with AT&T internet. I terminated my service 10 days into the billing cycle. I was forced to pay for the entire month as per terms of service even though i cancelled/terminated my services and disconnected. I will never use AT&T again and definitely not recommend.
