Very unprofessional and very uncaring company and Leona was very unhelpful and very condescending and basically called me a liar and treated me like, I was dumb all while the manager after asking to speak to him went on to help the next customer after I waited for him as he watch the way she was mishandling the situation. 1 bar since starting service and no hotspot. They didn't even activate my e sims had to do it myself they take your money and push you out the door. They either aren't knowledgeable reps or very rude reps and the managers hide from the problems instead of helping the problems.Screenshots added to show different times of the day with one bar.

I was very happy with my lines from MetroPCS and you guys came saying "we will give you a lower bill then metro and better service" in reality all you were trying to do is give the $#*!tiest service and sharge a ridiculous amount of money and s***** service. Wow! You guys prefer quantity over quality. You know what! Up your $#*! at&t NEVER AGAIN WILL I FALL FOR YOU GUYS! ILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER F*** WITH YOU GUYS. My bill went from $170 all the way to LISTEN TO THIS $380 I never paid late I never added anything I never went over anything is just that stupid att decided, that it was time to start charging me more. You guys suck real bad I regret everything and I'm sorry MetroPCS you guys were the best I've ever had.
I was with Verizon and extremely good cell service. At home I couldn't tell if I was on my home internet or Verizon 4G. I switched to AT&T because they said they can give me the same service for less than half the cost. They cut my bill from $140 a month to $70. I told them I need the exact same service I was getting from Verizon and they said they can do that. What I got is spotty service and they have a limit on how much data I have. They reduce my data when I run out of the higher quality data. Even their highest quality is mediocre at best. When the 5GE icon comes on I have no internet and can't send messages. I do Uber and need a good signal everywhere. Many times I have to drive to another part of the city to log in. This has negatively affected the money I can make. There are dead areas in the middle of the metro area where the signal should be really strong. I really regret switching to AT&T. I often get their super low quality 5GE when most people are not online, like after midnight or at 2am. Where I live I also never get more than 2 bars of service.
I got mine the next day
Now my mom got a great deal 1gb for the price of 300mbps, first installer canceled. Waiting right now for a call back at 1:57pm supposed to be by between 11-2pm, they can't find the installer with gps or he doesn't answer his walkie talkie or whatever. My mom's already incredible nervous to switch from Xfinity, seems like we're keeping it which affects the very nice guy at the stores commission.
Last year her next door neighbor had 2 problems, they had the fiber too tight and came undone. Next time ATT CUT MY MOMS XFINITY COAX WITHOUT MARKING PAINT ON THE GRASS FOR CABLES! 200 dollar gift card doesn't cover our busy lives! Sticking with reliable xfinity

Att now charges its customers $99.00 for service calls. They offer no solutions when on premises but expect you to pay. Horrible experience. So frustrating. When attempting to contact customer service it becomes a blame game. The customer is wrong as far as they are concerned.
A rep from att had me switch over to att my bill never stayed the same. They told me it was cheaper than my service first week I was informed I had no hotspot multiple things that I had originally with my other service. Customer service was very bad from what I was used to. I was told they would buy out my old bill that was a task. So i decided to go back to my original service so they charged me more than original service cost me to leave. It was suprise with them every two months at least none in my favor. Im gone now and will never return to phone service again learn how to treat the people that keeps the business around a lot better
About two months ago, AT&T sent me a message. It required me to respond by email June 15th, I had to decide whether to accept paperless billing or regular billing. Failure to respond would, result in a $5.00 additional fee for paper bills. This month, I was hit with this fee. Now let's put this in perspective, I have one box, my monthly bill is in excess of $200. In addition, this is minus the $30 connectivity discount. It seems as though AT&T believes they're the only game in town. Needless to say, this service is on the way out.
If I can give them a.5 star I would… but been an ATT customer for 3 and a half years, and as of today I'm switching back over to T-Mobile… ATT is a joke, poor excuse for a cell phone company. In December I got the iPhone 14 pro max My bill was $125, $80 for the service $45 for the phone… fast forward to around April my bill went from $125 to $178 a month. 1 line, no Apple Watches, tablets etc nothing… call there reps, they can't answer why that is, but they do a lot of talking to try to make it seem like they know what they're talking about… service is mediocre… customer service reps mediocre, prices too high lol they're a mess… if you work hard and value your money want the best for your buck, go to T-Mobile, you want to pay high class prices, go to Verizon… no matter which one you choose, I know 2 things for certain they'll have better cell phone service and customer service than ATT
Self installation did not work. 2 service calls were a no show by the tech. With no updates, just 2 wasted days waiting for nothing. And on top of it they sent me a bill, even though I never received service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company for anything.
Everytime I am outside of my house atnt can never manages to find a internet data server close to me, I live in Sacramento but last month my server was in Phoenix, 2 weeks ago it was in Seattle but today I was connected to a server in New York city like that the other side of the country
Closed account and returned equipment in Apr'23.
It's August and I am still trying to end the bills that they send. Each time I call I speak to a new very polite person in the Philippines who is not able to help me

I signed on with ATT in May 2023, getting the Unlimited Extra plan at $75/month. With the discounts for automatic payment and going paperless my bill should have come down to $65/month. In July 2023 I received a bill for $99. After an hour on the chat and finally getting to a live person, it was discovered that ATT had bumped me up to the higher cost Premium plan for $85/moth. In addition, they tacked on a so called "Lost Device Insurance" plan that added an additional $17 to my bill. This was all done without my knowledge or permission, and I would not have known about it if I had not waded through the chat menus and the back and forth of repeated explanations and requests, once I had a live person. ATT would have siphoned an additional $34/month from my bank.
This is a warning to anyone considering ATT that, if you set up automatic payment, they will have access to your account. And if you are not vigilant, they likely will add additional charges.
This is why I left at&t. They are the absolute worst when it comes to customer service across the bored. From over the phone to the handful of stores I went to in MS amd AL.
Even when people were nice, they were clueless or unhelpful.
One time I went into a store, explained to them what was going on and they said it was an issue that they couldnt help me with in person and that i would need to call customer service. So I sit in the parking lot, call customer service and they tell me that I'll have to go to a store in person to figure it out. Atleast the guy in the store eventually admitted that he had seen me go up there several times with no success so he gave me a $30 credit to ONE of the fees they randomly charged me because their "system kept taking me off of auto pay" which would result in more fees... etc.
Growing up I'd hear and see other people hate on AT&T for their genuine BS. But as am adult now myself I can vouch that it hasn't changed. My partner and I have switched to T-mobile for the last few months and it's been incredible. We are both paying way less a month for way more. We both got brand new phones, unlimited everything, a hotspot box that we can plug in anywhere and travel with wifi, separate from our phones included hotspot. Oh and we get free Netflix through them.
Yeah if you're using AT&T I'd go visit some other mobil companies and do some math. Compare prices and packages. AT&T has good service in area others may not. That was the ONLY good part about them. I know this first hand from traveling all over the country last year, Mississippi, Utah, Colorado, California, Alabama, Kansas etc

Takes too long to report problem and they want you to go through and try and fix. Totally a joke. This review will mean nothing but maybe it will resinate with someone. My parents are 99 and 94 and they actually wanted them to try and go through process and fix. Sent technician out and he said was fixed, well not so. Waiting until next week for another tech to come out. Ha

I work from home and AT&T is the worst service that I've ever used. If I had any other provider in my area I would definitely not use this company. I have experienced an outage every week for the past 6 months with no explanation why. All you get are apologies
With the same problem reoccurring. There is no permanent fix and after these events happen all of your security for Wi-Fi passwords are wiped away with you having to do a full reset of all of your equipment in your home. I have been patient and understanding but this has gotten out of control. Calling to express your concerns does not help. They always end up trying to sell you a cell phone without fixing the initial problem. If the cell phones are like the Wi-Fi I feel sorry for the users. Please don't use AT&T if you plan on keeping active service.
They transferred my call 3 different times and asked the same questions. All I wanted to do was transfer someone else's account into my name. Just terrible! They took forever as well. And they didn't understand anything we were saying. I'm usually not a person to leave reviews or judge but I'll make an exception for this.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
