$285 a month for 3 cell phone lines, Cable, and Internet. And none of them work reliability.
5 of my family members have cell phone service with AT&T, all of us experience multiple dropped calls or no signal at home and even outside our home, on new and old Iphones, throughout San Diego, I can even identify several dead spots along several roads and areas in San Diego. This has been the case for years.
We use WiFi service for calls when at home. The reception is typically poor.
And recently, their internet service / bandwidth is getting really bad, I am not able to dial into teleconferences, when working from home, the internet connection cuts off in the middle of teleconferences, although I am using and paying for a new high end router.
The quality of the cable service is no where close to HD, we have a 65 inch TV, and high end receiver from AT&T, the resolution quality is very poor, and the picture flickers, it hurts to watch, let alone ads. We stopped watching cable we rely on Netflix and Amazon prime - when AT&T internet works!
Worst customer service ever. Rep in store created 2 accounts in my name when I only opened one ruined my credit because I had no idea it existed and it ended up in collections. I was promised a discount I never got was charged the full price for my phone when it was supposed to be free. I canceled automatic payments and they took my money with out my permission when I wasn't even supposed to be charged that amount I would not recommend att to anyone. I have been a customer since 1990's and am trying to be patient. I opened up two new accounts of wireless and Internet in August 2019 and trying to combine these bills to receive a $10 discount on Internet. It is now June 2020 and my bills are not combined. I have been on about 20+ phone calls lasting at most 1.5 hours in length discussing "issues" and at the end of every call they have said they combined the bills and to wait 3-4 billing cycles to show. It has been 10 billing cycles now and am trying to speak to a supervisor. I would like a call back because all this is not my fault and I have wasted discounted money thus far. So, AT&T if you are receiving this I would like to speak with you.
Att&T are scam artist they will tell you one thing over the phone then charge you a whole different amount. Please pay attention they told me I agreed to a 2 YEAR contract! I didn't even know how their services where and you mean to tell me that I AGREED to a 2 YEAR contract. The SERVICE SUCKS it's ALWAYS buffering.
When I was forced to move, ATT did not have service in the area. I talked with customer service (horrible) they were pretty much saying TOO BAD! And I was charged extra disconnection fees!

Was having trouble connecting my television with the wireless equipment. Called in April and customer service sent out a technician to solve the problem as a customer got 30 something years I was unaware there was going to be a charge of 105 dollar. I'm laid off from work during the Pandemic. And Att decides to take advantage of their customers at this time
Our account has been wrong sinxe day one found out we were overcharged for last 4 months when we have an issue the csrs just hang up every time

AT&T wireless is suspending service and charging a $45.00 "restoral" fee during a pandemic. People are weeks or months behind on unemployment, sitting at home in limbo. Way to go AT&T...

Worst service ever. Just spent 1:57min getting transferred from rep to rep from 7:30 to 9:30pm then they closed and nothing resolved. Complete incompetence!

Your phone is continuing using data, whether your infront of it are not. If you don't have at@t unlimited service they make sure you have the slowest speeds to force you into buying there unlimited plan. I am not even getting 1G speeds. I pay my bill and my data is all used up in 5 days... Got to switch to cheater company.
Hard to get a straight answer over the phone about anything. Had to cancel my policy during a move and they would not work with me to transfer the service over. Terrible communication. Will never use again.
The worst company and the worst customer service ever dale with I'm still with them. But waiting tell my installment over. And never ever go back to them. There sales based on hidden the truth. They have no loyalty to their customers. I been with them since 2008
AT&T has been difficult in the sense that the website and general customer service automated system is not user friendly. I had an unfortunate customer service experience recently that was completely rectified by two agents of whom I spoke to today. Henry with AT&T internet customer service and May with AT&T Direct TV customer service. They were BEYOND ACCOMMODATING and so incredibly attentive and kind. These two agents are the reason I am happy with my AT&T service and they deserve to be recognized. Thank you Henry and May for your excellent customer service! You rocked it!

Called their retention dept to try to get a better deal to save money in these pandemic times and representative said they could save me $40 a month. I signed up along with a phone upgrade. Was all happy till I got the email of my new services, instead of $40 less my new monthly bill is going be $40 more! Tried calling to rectify, still on the phone with them for over an hour. Will cancel and switch to Verizon or T-Mobile. ATT doesn't care about their customers. Stay away worst customer service!
Set up internet installation at my parents house and confirmed with the rep that the installer would be wearing a mask; I was assured that absolutely the installer would be wearing a mask. They also sent my mom a disclosure confirming that the installer would have minimum six feet from contact with anyone, and on and on ( a veiled, cheap attempt to act like AT&T cares about its customers during the pandemic). Well low and behold the installer showed up wearing NO mask AND only put one on after my father told him to.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
