My experience with the claims was good and easy to process. The only thing I don't like is they sent an adapter and data cable which was fake not Apple. I lost my original one and I had to buy it again.
I brought in my phone to have a cracked screen repaired. The technician at the front desk was courteous and processed my claim (through AT&T) quicky. Initially, due to other work they had scheduled, it was believed that my phone would be ready the following day. But the team at ubreakifix in Corona managed to get my phone repaired a couple of hours later! Thanks again guys for the quick and easy process of getting my phone fixed!

I went to the at&t store in the lake of the ozarks, they diagnosed the problem and then set up my repair in kc, where I had just moved. Found a store where I live and the. When I dropped my phone a unrealistic, and both young men who attended me explained things and repaired it for me. Very easy!

My watch was stolen. Watch 6 classic. I submitted the claim protection. Which was very easy to do. I received a message. Stating that they can upgrade my watch to an 8 classic for 100.00. Which I thought was very cool. So that's what I did. I received the new watch the next day. Great service. Everyone should get protection for your phone and watchs. Make you get the one that protects you from stolen or broken device. You won't regret it.

The feeling of losing your cell phone is devastating especially when we were leaving on vacation from Oklahoma to Kauai. We were loaded on the plane and was ready to put the phone in airplane mode when we discovered the cell phone was missing. We went to Verizon on Kauai and the processed the insurance claim and we were able to get a replacement and have the new one programmed in 5 days.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
