I took excellent care of my S21+ ultra since it came out. It was showing its age but worked well for my daily use (productivity & video streaming). Dropped it in the ocean on a Saturday. Filed a claim on Sunday. Phone was waiting for me on Monday. That was some wickedly quick turnaround, well worth the premium. The refurbished phone feels like new, and the battery life is noticeably better than my prior phone.

Texted his ETA prior to arrival, all smiles at the door, explained the process, offered accessories and completed the repair within' 15 minutes. Made it a point to remove the protective film from the new screen in my presence. He was great!

I had my iPhone 16 Pro Max fixed within 30 minutes. I had messed up my OLED screen and was repaired with genuine Apple parts. The rear glass was replaced and it felt like I was handed a brand new phone. Person who fix my phone was very fast, friendly and very knowledgeable and it felt like she had my back.

The ubreakifix guys were great. They worked with me by allowing me to access my phone while we navigated the system issues brought about by the call center agents. The call center agents need to be trained for the scenarios and the results of the actions made per scenario to avoid a poor customer experience in the future.
Everyone at you break it we fix it was amazing and very helpful to me. Not only were they friendly and so nice to me; they fixed my phone and had it ready exactly at the time they said it would be ready. I really enjoyed talking to the front desk agent. He was very helpful and took care of my phone. I recommend this place for all your cell phone needs.

I cracked my phone in the morning and a representative was at my house around 3:45 and took maybe 15 minutes to fix my screen. It was super easy and so convenient that they come to you. And it was so nice it was the same day too!
Asurion is great! My Samsung phone screen was cracked, and I had to take it in to get it fixed. My phone screen was nicely replaced, and my phone looks new. I am so greatful to Asurion insurance. I think everyone should sign on to Asurion, you will be glad you did it.
The technician that came out, he was very assertive. He was on time on point and very respectful lot of knowledge and he helped us out and he was very very polite.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
