The Alaska Asurion tech is very knowledgeable and fast. He was done in 20 minutes and my phone looks and operates like new again!
Phones are expensive but also important to us and its great how fast I can do a claim online drop off my phone and get my broken screen fixed. With my sons phone they accidentally damaged it more when trying to open it but Assurion did their part and made things right.
Shout out to AT&T and Ryan the technician with Asurion. I've had my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra since February 2023. Ive worked construction and as a service tech during that time so my phone gets a lot of abuse even with a phone case. I cracked the back glass a while back and had a small crack on the front screen for a while as well. The other day I dropped my phone on the driveway and it landed face down perfectly flat. The glass shattered and it had some funky lines in the screen. I have insurance on my phone with Asurion through AT&T. Yesterday I Called up AT&T and explained my situation and hes like "you're all good, we got you". I asked him if there was someplace close by that I could take it to. He says, "unfortunately no, there's not". So I'm like great I gotta send it to them and gonna be with out a phone for a bit, nope! He says "no worrys tho, a service tech can come to you"...im like what? To my house? He says " yes, to your house" So I say "I get of work tomorrow at 4." He says "He can be at your house between 5-7 pm". So Im like, " That works for me." Today I get a call from the tech Ryan and hes like " Mr. Denton just wanted to let you know im 15 minutes out" I say "Awesome,see you then." He pulls up 15 minutes later in a little white van. I meet him outside and give him the phone, after I turn it off. He looks it over and checks out all the damage and says "Give me 10-15 minutes and I'll have you taken care of" and jumps back in his van. 15 minutes go by and hes knocking on the door. "All done" he says. I look it over and its good as new, front and back. I ask him "what do I owe?" and he says "nothing, everything was covered with your policy." I asked him about this service and he said its new to the area but they will basically come to you, wherever, Your job, a friends house, your baby mommas crib. Ok, he didn't say that last one but you get the point.🤣. Anways, I thought that was pretty awesome. I dont mind paying extra for a service, especially when I feel the service is worth it. This was definitely worth it.
Casey kept me posted, had my repair done in a super timely manner, and was extremely polite, respectful, and so informative! I'm thankful he was my technician and I would highly recommend using Asurion for all insurance needs!

I had my phone screen replaced this afternoon via mobile tech. My tech, Casey H., was kind, prompt, and extremely helpful.
He fixed my screen, gave me tips on how to prolong my battery life AND replaced screws that were missing from the previous work I had done 2 years prior.
You can tell Casey cares for his job and enjoys fixing devices for customers - while demonstrating his awesome tech skills.
I needed to fix a small chip on my phone. Because I had insurance on my phone I qualified for a fix and mobile fix it service. Nick showed up told me what he was going to do and how long it would take. He did just that. He was kind, professional and on time with his estimations.
Had to get a replacement phone for my son. The process was quick and easy. Got the phone a couple of days later. The phone itself was activated, but nobody activated the SIM card. My son had to wait another day to be able to use his phone after going to AT&T and having them replace and activate the SIM card. Please make sure those are active when the phone is sent.
Well I had lost my iPad and called it in only to find out my boyfriend had found it when I called to cancel suspension and get cards activated I thought they would not send out an IPAD they did immediately now I have to send it back
My screen cracked and I needed it repaired before a trip. When I took it into the shop, they quoted me overnight to have it repaired because they were very busy. Since I had an early flight, I asked if they could bump me up in the queue and they did. So kind for them offer to stay a bit after closing to ensure I had my device repaired in time for traveling!
Everything was perfect, phone arrived day after I requested a new phone, took the phone to the ATT store here in Durant, OK, had excellent service with getting the phone setup. Worked with a Brody and a Brent who were more than helpful, thank you very much for the excellent service.
Been paying for the Protect service with AT&T for years and recently had where the screen went bad on my S20 Ultra. It couldn't recommend a location for me to take my phone to get it fixed however Asurion has where they can send the technicians to you if you want. The service was done on the next day even.
You set up the appointment based on a timeslot and the tech showed up within and had the phone fixed in less than an hour.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
