Called to set up appointment. This was done with ease. Received an email with the date and time confirmation. The guy called a day ahead and told me when he was going to be at my house. When he arrived I gave him my phone and he worked on it in his car. After about 30 minutes he brought it back to me and it was fixed. He did not enter my house and was very friendly and professional. They never resolved my issue. Only partially. Had to call back several times. Unacceptable. It's now over a week and I'm still trying to get the phone back to what it was. Most apps were gone, ID's gone, etc.
From my first phone call to picking up my repaired phone, everything was refectory! Knowledgeable technicians, that spoke to me in English, not giga byte technician language! I got my approval from Asurion within 4 hours and went back to uBreakiFix store? Dropped off my phone and it was ready in an hour! I highly recommend UBreakiFix for repairs, and Asurion for protection insurance!
I met the repair tech who fixed my phone in about an hour. Very nice person. I have a brace on my leg and when he was done with my phone he he brought his laptop out to my car for me to sign and explain what he did on my phone so that I wouldn't have to get out of my car to come back in side the building. Which I would have done but he was really nice about help me while I sat in my car. Never had that done before. He explain what went wrong with my phone and answered all my questions. I really feared having my phone information read and taken by the tech. But so far nothing's happened. Time will tell. I was so glad to have it fixed in one day's time. I was very shocked at that. Thought I wouldn't get it back for a couple of days at least. And this is the first time that something ever went wrong with my phone. I love my Samsung Galaxy 8 plus. And I'm not looking forward to the day when Samsung stops sending me updates on my phone to force me to buy another one. I can't afford the real expensive phones now. They're out of my budget.
Didn't take along at all. Love the experience people should have mobile trucks come to homes a little bit more.
Even though I made my claim at dawn and on Saturday I had no problems and I did not have to wait until Monday and feel frustrated.

Customer service was $#*! basically said we can't fix it because of two little dents in the frame cancelled my claim and made me get a replacement phone anyway the person at ibreakitwefix didn't even try to fix the phone that broke but in the end broke the phone more sad proformance and over a $#*!ty experience and if that $#*! ever happens again I'm sueing the $#*! out of y'all for not doing your job sadly I think your company is going to $#*! because you hire inexperienced people to do a professionals job

Very quick and easy and polite and solution to all my problems
Had a cracked screen due to a small hiccup during the hurricane recently made a claim and the young lady at the st augustine store in the cobblestone center contacted me within 1 minute of leaving the att store to schedule repair services and said if I was close they could have it done in 45 minutes to an hour and they did not disappoint looks and operates like new said if there was any problems to bring it back and they would make it right I would totally recommend them and that's saying alot from previous service but that's from years ago totally an different service fast and reliable
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
