Filing a claim through Asurion was extremely easy and quick. I answered some of the multiple-choice questions on what issues I was having with the phone. The speaker and charging outlet were not working, people couldn't hear me talking and I could barely keep a charge on my phone. It took about 5-10 minutes to submit my claim and 5-10 minutes later I got an email that my claim was approved, and the phone would arrive the next day! I got my replacement phone the very next day. QUICK. The phone was certified refurbished but looks and works like a brand-new phone. Only cost me $200 compared to buying a brand-new phone for over $1000!

I always dreaded filing a claim but i needed to so i did. The processes was so easy. You pick a date time and location. They come to you fix your device and leave. Easy peesy.
My son dropped his phone and the back was busted pretty bad. I took the phone to our AT&T store that day and within minutes I had a claim started and a place to take the phone to get fixed. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
