Did not put a return label in the box and have not emailed the requested in over a week!

Phone was restored perfectly. The phone tech even went above and beyond to replace the back glass evem though it wasnt on the inital claim.

I had my phone screen fixed at my morning bagel place! The tech arrived on time, and was done in 15 minutes! My screen is good as new!

My phone had broke,it was the s24 ultra. I always put insurance on any phone I get. It has paid off. I put in a claim on line,explain what was wrong.they ask if I want to have it repaired or sent a new phone. In only a day I had a new phone and sent my broken one back. I wasn't with out a phone. Thank you! I'll always keep insurance on any phone i have.

My phone crashed. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day with a convenient time. Phone was repaired by its promised time. I definitely recommend people to have the Asurion insurance. You can go to one of their locations and they can also come to your home and repair your phone in their work vehicle! I elected to go to a store! So convenient and easy.

Mr. Mark was extremely helpful today. He was polite, professional and super fast with completing my repair. My phone is back to working like new and I'm so very thankful!
