Asurion has gone above and beyond multiple times, even though I have the family plan most of the claims have been for the same line every time and once on another and they went out of their way and gave me money to buy a device that very same day to mitigate a back order. I am blessed to be able to have their protection and have them covering every single claim every time and having virtually no downtime
I dropped my Galaxy Flip 5 on it's face. The cover saved the screen from cracking but there was a line across the screen and the lower half was flickering. I followed your instructions and opened a claim. I took it to UBreak-WeFix in Ft Myers FL. They repaired my phone in a matter of hours and it was all covered by Asurion. Thank you for an easy process and a fixed phone!
Soon as I walked inside the business I explained the issue & it was fixed less than 20mins the guys was really nice & helpful I highly recommend!

My experience with a Corp AT&T was wonderful and quick too. However I would NEVER recommend an Affiliate Store that is working under the AT&T name. They put $67.00 of monthly service on my phone without my understanding what it was. They called it a DATA Line and never told me the price. For that I recommend only Corp AT&T stores. Now I want a refund of these unexpected charges. A terrible thing to do to a disable Veteran. Discussing AT&T.

When I first received my replacement phone for losing mine, asurion accidently sent me a phone that was defective. My phone arrived a day later than expected (which was fine, I am a patient being), but once plugged in it wouldn't charge or turn on. I had to return to ATT, where I was eventually put on the phone with Asurion myself. This is where I spoke with a lovely lady named Sugar. She spoke to my about my situation, and informed me that they were out of the SS20FE (which was my original phone). After some talking and typing later, Sugar tells me that she is going to upgrade me to an SS22, and further for the hassle, she also tells me that she's going to send a technician to also come set the phone up for me. Sugar just about made me cry with such relief over a stressful situation. Fast forward to that evening. Roxanne comes to my house, and immediately we also hit it off. We had some pleasant talk about her work, family, and just life. She also made the entire setting up process a breeze, and showed such patience as I gathered the information she needed for the setup of the new phone. Thank you Asurion for hiring the people you have in your corner, those people make everything happen and reflect great care to your customers for your company. Thank you for making this so easy after quite a bit of troubling feelings over losing my old phone.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
