What a person likes to do is important overall. Music is what I love and what I love to do. IPad being my first apple product was easy to use. The price is expensive 2000 dollars. Is it worth it? Yeah I guess but it didn't come with the keyboard or pencil. The product is more than I pointed out.

The service tech was extremely well mannered, very knowledgeable and expressed an excellent work-ethic. The gentleman had his day planned and was working very diligently to maintain a schedule. He called ahead to make sure it was ok to arrive 2 hours early, explained his reasoning & was at my front door in 10 minutes. He replaced the phone screen within 10 minutes of his arrival, completed the ticket and was ready to go in no time. I was very impressed with this young man's performance and attitude.

It was easy to make a claim, and to receive the replacement phones in less than 36 hours.
I had to replace my screen after a standard iOS update bricked my screen. The program is solid. Very quick and easy. The only downside was they installed a non OEM screen that I can tell isn't as bright. Apple says there could be issues with some functionality but besides that I'm pleased

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
