This is a great service plans for iPhones. Apple does not provide coverage for cracked screens and does not provide mobile service. This company does both. We have used them twice, and it has been excellent. They came right to our home, were on time, very communicative, and fixed our phone perfectly. I am usually cautious about protection plans, but this one is 100% worth it.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
