My Asurion Rep was fantastic. I was having some issues that held me back and he was more than understanding of my situation and waited for me. He replaced my battery and explained everything before and after. My phone is as good as new.
I walked into the At&t store in Walker, Louisiana and explained to them what happened to my phone and why I was there. The sales representatives then asked me a few questions & proceeded to do the rest online and before I knew it everything was done. It took maybe 15 to 20 minutes for everything to be done & I got my new phone the very next day through FedEx.

My appointment was scheduled for 7am. He arrived on time, very courteous, and very professional. He informed me that it would only take about 30mins or less. Accuracy is about this whole experience. In a nutshell, if you don't have Asurion, get it.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
