Easy, quick, painless. Hassle free. Easy to get approved and easy to make a appointment. A few hrs later it was done, fixed things i didnt even know was not functioning properly.
The techs at ibreakufix were amazing and super friendly. They were able to repair my cracked screen and gave me a new battery so that was great. My only complaint is there is nothing closer than 45 minutes away. I drove there 2 weeks ago and their computer systems went down minutes before i arrived so they couldn't do anything so I had to drive all the way back home and make the trip again another day. It used to be if you had an issue like a cracked screen or damage they would send you out a replacement and you would have it within a day. That was great. Now I have to drive almost an hour to a repair shop and wait around the parking lot for 2hrs until it's repaired. Or I can make an appt to have someone come to me but that's like a week out and it's hard when you work 10hrs a day 5 days a week.
I love the attention and care I received. The process start to finish was easy and helpful. Definitely glad I gave Asurion on our insurance and highly recommend them and the services they offer.
When I put in a claim for my TV, I thought they were just gonna come fix it instead they let me pick a TV and a brand new was delivered two days later thank you so much. What an amazing company.
I was looking for the technician to be at my house to repair my phone. I called Asurion and they stated the technician was still coming at the scheduled day and time. But when the scheduled was near, the technician canceled the appointment. I would have liked to have known that he or she was not coming on the date and time of the scheduled appointment.
I don't think having a technician to go to homes is reliable and should and continue with having the phones shipped for repairs or replaced.
My husbands phone all of a sudden wasn't working properly. His lcd screen went out. We went to an ATnT outlet and they set us up with ubreakifix store by asurion, who covers our insurance and in less than an hour after arriving my husbands phone was fixed and we paid nothing. I was surprised because I thought we would have to go through a process of sending his phone in and waiting a few days for a replacement and we didn't! So thank you asurion.

The technician communicated very well about arrival time and the possibility of even being earlier than expected due to earlier cancellations. He arrived on the time that he communicated to me due to the cancellations and was very friendly and polite. He did a fantastic job fixing the problem and very quick. Even with two kids watching him asking 100 questions he still maintained great attitude, polite and very professional. I recommend a 10 out 10 on my experience.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
