Grandson's phone screen was cracked and he called and told me. I filed a claim in line and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Received confirmation of time tech would be arriving. Received call this morning from tech with eta. Tech came and was awesome. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Great job.
Service was amazing! I put in the ticket, drove to the store, and they had it fixed in about an hour. I highly recommend going to Asurion for all tech repairs!
When I called, the representative immediately suggested a replacement instead of offering me the option to just fix my screen. I had to tell him that I wanted to try the screen repair first. It ended up fixing the problem, which saved me $250. If I had followed the agent's advice right away, I would have spent unnecessary money when the simple fix was free.

Thanks to an amazing worker at the AT&T location located at 215 miracle mile. I wanted to right this review I don't recall his name much but I believe he goes by Ivoy. I wanted his work to go unnoticed he excels in his craft and was so helpful and down to earth thanks to him I news able to get my phone fix to be back to brand new! Couldn't ask for better service!
Attack came to my home and swapped out my battery since it was having slow charge problems. The next day the phone had a black screen and was not usable. I had to run back and forth to the repair shop only to be told it can't be fixed. I had to file another claim for a new phone. Because the screen was broken. I was unable to transfer my data from the old phone to the new phone. I now have no idea what appointments were on my schedule because the information was lost. I wound up on the losing end of this situation
In today's world it was great to get a pleasant customer service rep. He went beyond to explain everything step by step.

Kenny was awesome! He finished repairing my phone in 1/4 of the time that was estimated. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about his work and made sure I knew everything he was going to do. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, but he has it! I highly recommend this location :)
Great service as always. Never have had any bad experiences in the past. Very straight up too even if it's not whatcha want to hear but, they'll always try to lessen the blow as much as possible.

I shattered my phone and called Asurion the took my call setup a appointment to fix my phone. To my surprise there wasn't any charges and I didn't even have to leave my house. The Technician that came was a very nice and better yet a great tech. I can't express my thanks for the ease and time spent. Nothing but thanks

Unfortunately with an active family I have had three claims in the matter of a few months. A lost watch, a broken phone screen then a phone that failed all together. All of these were resolved in a very painless and fast way. I am pleasantly surprised of how easy it has been each time. I was very skeptical of purchasing this insurance, but I sure am glad that I did. It has served my family well.
UBREAKIFIX Repaired my phone completely through Asurion claim zero out of pocket cost. I submitted a claim and in less than 24 hours my phone was repaired. Excellent customer service and care.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
