I went into a local att store I asked about my insured phone and how I could get my screen fixed. A young gentleman help me soon as possible with my issue. He did three steps which was signed me up and asked me to put in my basic information and find my location to where would be close to me for my service to get my screen fixed asurion fixed my phone within three hours. I'm sure they had other customers so I wasn't mad about that. They did say a hour or more so it wasn't any surprises. My screen is in perfect condition now I am a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you so much for the easy process. Also I have the iPhone 15 plus pink to be exact it's looking brand new like fresh out the box.10/10 I do recommend.

My phone screen cracked at the fold (I have a flipZ5). It caused it to have a black section and it interfered with the touch capabilities. I filed the claim that day and Asurion said it was eligible for a screen repair. I went there the same day, and they had it fully repaired within 3 hours. They were very considerate at UBreak and answered all of my questions.
Went to the Boston St location in Baltimore *******.These two guys went way out of there way to make my warranty experience 110%..

I was skeptical at first dealing with the company after attempting to deal with AT&T with my broken phone. The person came to the house and fixed my phone very quickly and everything works great so far. I was highly impressed with them and will be happy to use them again.
I had a problem with the phone, not ringing. I could call out, but it wouldn't ring in. I talked to two technicians on the phone. They were each very helpful but we couldn't get it to ring. I called back and talk to a technician. I'm not 100% but I think his name is Jason. He was on the phone with me for a long time had a lot of patience. He finally figured out what the problem was and now it works, and I think Jason very much.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
