I had my first broken screen ever. Technician was courteous and kept me in the loop. Even though he was delayed due to mechanical issues with his vehicle. Very polite and respectful of both my security and information. Repaired quickly and easily.

Let's face it negative mentality, thinking I was about to pay for more services/repairs. I walked into my local AT&T store and was quickly assisted and my phone was repaired under warranty! Talk about turning a frown upside down. I could not be more happy with my experience. Thank you again for such a nice and easy experience! I will definitely continue to purchase the insurance on every device in the years to come!

The technician contacted me (earlier than our scheduled time) and was available even sooner to fix my phone I had just dropped last week. My back glass was in hundreds of pieces. The technician met me at my apartment (even before I got there) and was friendly right off the bat. She repaired my phone in her vehicle right outside my door and it only took her roughly 30-45 minutes. Amazing timing! I got my phone back in the original condition it was in when I purchased it — pristine! I will back this company for life; this was an awesome experience.

That you so much for coming to my mom's rescue right at our home. My mom broke her screen on her phone & she was given the option to have the work done at home. That was a lifesaver for my elderly mom not having to leave home. She sometimes becomes overwhelmed completing tasks she's never done before. She was so relieved when the technician came to her.

Just spent eight months trying to get a cracked screen fixed. Now just trying to get my money back and they've charged me to separate $100 fees. Steer clear,untrustworthy company
Joel my Asurion technician was able to identify my issues and resolve them over the matter of a few hours including a tune-up of my charging port besides the battery replacement. If I need any additional service I'll be happy to go back to the same location for a quick, competent, and friendly repair.

I had my phone repaired after my screen met the unfortunate circumstance of taking a fall with me. I visited the AT&T store on St. Charles Ave. And encountered this technician, Brandon, who was most professional. My phone was bought back to life in a timely manner and there were no issues at all with the service. This young man is truly an asset to Asurion and AT&T.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
