Very professional young man Zerick was. He came in the time he said he would. I got a call ahead. Very knowledgeable about the product and tools he was using. He did the job with no problem.

Mark and Felix were very helpful and kind. I came in for two battery replacements and received both phones in less than an hour. Highly recommend this place and I will be returning soon to replace the screen on my tablet. Thank you guys!

You can either pick where you want to get it repaired or they can come to your house. Since I work at home, I took advantage of them coming to my house. It was fixed very quickly outside in their van.

I scheduled my warranty the night before I went it, it was really quick and easy. They sent me to the location to have it repaired and they were very friendly, professional and had it done pretty quickly as well!

I just called Asurion under my iPhone warranty and they gave me all the options to fix my broken screen and they complied with my request. Just like that it took me 5 minutes to schedule the service at my place of work. Incredible! This doesn't happens with other companies
