I wish I knew my techs name. I was at the AT&T store at Wirt and I10 in Houston today. He came over to help with a problem with my iPhone. I had a damaged screen, and I wanted to get the data off the old one and onto the new one. He took the time to repair my old phone- even though I'd already bought the new one, and then spent time helping me try to get my phone to allow me to transfer the data to the new one. It took forever. He was very kind and patient and friendly. It didn't end up working in the end, hwever he was so helpful. He gave me step by step instructions of what to do when I got home, explained why it would actually work at home, and then walked me through how to transfer all my data for myself. He also gave me several other options in case the directions he gave me to try at home didn't work. I went home, and was able to do everything he said to do! My new phone is working wonderfully, and all my data transfered!
Delightfull folks that are understanding and kind during a process of at first requiring just a battery. To then making another order to fix what the folks broke putting in the battery. I truly appreciate their kindness.

The Asurion representative came to the house within the time frame I selected. He gave me advance notice of his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he was pleasant and had me sign the consent. Everything was done inside his work van in my driveway. It took roughly a half hour and he was on his way. I was impressed with how quick everything was, and I liked how they came to me. It beat having to go sit at an AT&T store for a period of time. It's definitely worth paying for the insurance.
John was great, he explained everything well so I understood what was gonna happen and also let me know the possibilities. He completed everything quickly and was very nice. I appreciate his hard work and kind attitude.

I have never in my life had a customer service experience like this one. They were absolutely outstanding! Extremely kind and FAST! My phone was MANGLED and they had it fixed good as new in an hour and a half! I can't get over how nice everyone was and just how good at their jobs these gentlemen were!
I can't believe i finally cracked a screen after over a decade of having cell phones. My last purchase, my seller recommended Asurion and I took it. Boy, did it pay off. I simply submitted a claim online, took my phone to Asurion recommended repair facility and within 2 hours had my repaired phone back, free of charge.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
