I dreaded going to get my phone looked at by the tech folks because I was completely frustrated with the phone service I have in rural Nevada. I have been a loyal fan of AT&T and find them harder to deal with these days. I went to the Asurion folks who listened & offered a possible solution to the problem. Change the SIM card to possibly improve phone service! Seems simple enough and now to get AT&T to assist. I was impressed by the tech's knowledge and provided excellent tech service. The clerk who I first approached was also very helpful. Excellent customer service from both.
Started a claim at 11:00. It was okayed and fix by 4:00 that same day. It was great service at both ends of the process. People at the mars location were very helpful and professional.

Very fast and easy process. This is the 3rd replacement phone for my son. He is on the water most his days and all phones have been lost at "sea". I was surprised with the price increase on a refurbished IPhone 13. Grateful for the replacement but shocked at the increase from $100 -$250.
I spoke to a gentleman name Ken he made it so easy, easy Steps to put my phone back on. Not only was he professional. He was direct and knew exactly what to do to my daughter's phone on. Shouldn't take 57 minutes for a call. It only took him 14. Appreciate you, Ken thank you.
I called Asurion to make a claim about a cracked screen, and because the claim was sent to wrong repair shop. I had to pay out of pocket unfortunately it is not very clear that you are to call ATT to make a claim and then they make the claim for you. I was not aware of this until I had to pay the repair bill at repair shop to get my phone back. I then called Asurion, and they told me I had to call ATT and make a claim. Just confusing, since then I have received a new phone, but I have not received my out of pocket money back and am not sure if I will it appears not.
My sensors on my phone stopped working. Took my phone to Youbreakifix(Asurion) just before closing. My phone was ready the next morning. Since I had insurance, the repair was totally free. Thanks Asurion!
As for filing my claim when my mobile would no longer hold a charge, was straight forward, however, I have another claim to file and your system isn't at all easy, in fact after numerous attempts your system provides a 800 number. There should be a prompt to file another claim.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
