No one wants to break their device, but if you do Asurion is the way to go. Making a claim was super easy and from claim to repair was super fast and painless. Having the insurance through my carrier made the process seamless and I only had to pay my deductible. I hope to never need the service again but it is good to know that I can rely on Asurion to handle my device issues.

Good customer service experiences are far and few, but this was one of those rare moments where every box was checked. UbreakIfix guys are all great. Everyone at stores have tried to help me as much as they can, they'll prioritize you depending on how serious your issue is. If your phone is not in non-working condition, and they don't have time to fix it that same day, they'll help you some other day, and they get it done really fast, it took them one hour to replace my screen. The claiming process is a pretty different story, it's not so complicated, but if you don't get along with tech so well it can get really tricky, specially because in call, they have messages that keep telling you to go do your claim online first, but theirs system is not as optimized as I would like and the proccess in call tends to be a little long. I don't think this is a deal breaker, you just have to learn how to play along with it and save a little bit of time for it.
But still I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, since you can save some serious cash and stress.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
