Once they transfered me to a representative specifically for my situation, they were also very kind. They had no issue on explaining things and letting me know what the best solution could be. As someone with anxiety. I truly appreciate the kindness that was given to me by these 2 individuals.

In less than 5 minutes I navigated through the claims process & was set up to have the phone screen replaced at their recommended local repair facility. The repair shop persomnel were very quick & professional & had the phone looking like new & back in my hands in about 2 hours. The whole experience was unbelievably quick and easy. I will highly recommend Asurion to my friemds & family!

People are always thrashing on Asurion, but they don't know the true value of service. I had them for over 15 years. Always come thru for my family and our devices. If they cannot fix it, they will replace it and IF THEY CANNOT REPLACE, they will compensate. Never had issue with the refurbished phones and I have personally seen them immediately corrected any issues with those going as far as issuing a brand new replacement. They are aolid.
Never use my advantages that I have with my phone service so I just figured mine as well do it now. I was please that it was a choice of getting it fixed at home.

It was a very easy and pleasant experience dealing with Aurion. They answered all my questions and left my phone looking brand new!
My screen was damaged, and the tech had the new screen applied, the battery replaced, and new adhesive applied to the back plate (it had started to wear), within about 15 minutes. The tech was super chill, very friendly, and clearly competent. And then at the end of the visit, he casually mentioned that due to the slight water damage on the inside, that could explain the cell signal issues I had mentioned experiencing, along with his suggested repair that might fix it. So now I have an actionable path that 5 hours of tech support had yet to provide. Great job dude!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
