The phone support is excellent and the rep was very knowledgeable in helping me solve my issue. The info included in the box mailed to me was hard to follow. So I called the toll free number listed and the rep was able to walk me thru it from beginning to end.

John was very helpful with the movement of information from my old phone to my new phone. He was very patient with me since my old phone was not holding a charge.
