Never want to have to use insurance on our devices but I'm sure glad I purchased the protection plan for our devices. My daughter recently stepped on my tablet cracking the screen. I contacted Asurion they said no worries cover the deductible and we'll send you a replacement ASAP, not only did they cover it they upgraded me to the newest model! Having that experience I then looked into the coverage on my phone screen since it was cracked as well, they said it would be a free repair just take it In to a repair store near me and drop it off. 2 hours later it was fixed at no out of pocket cost to me! We are talking the sky had fallen, how would he carry on drama. I was able to file the claim and within minutes got the shipping notice. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
