Never thought I gotta use the warranty, but I happened. I thought I was gonna spend hours on the phone for the claim process, but it was very quick and efficiency. I hope people won't use this advantage to abuse the warranty policy. Will definitely buy this as extra for all my electric devices in the future. Love Amazon!

I called and my agent was absolutely amazing. She helped assist in my claim in a timely manor. We received are replacement device In just 3 days. It would have been less but it happened to fall on a weekend. The agent was extremely helpful and very friendly. She even got us on an insurance plan for all are home electronics.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
