I was dreading going through the process of returning a portable DVD player I bought for the kids. I figured it would take forever. Hentleman arrived a little late about 30 minutes. Forgivable aftet fixing my cracked svreen on my galaxy s23 ultra. R e placeing the screen in less than 15 minutes and right outside of my home so i had my phone bsc I in record time. I didnt have to ho anywhete. This was incredibly convenient for me. After fully supporting my defective item, I was given a link to print out a shipping label to return to receive my compensation, but unfortunately, the link went to nowhere and no matter what I did I was not able to print out the shipping label. Thankfully, the super superior support staff at this company was able to resolve it in a different capacity and I was able to print out the label. This support staff really does exceed expectations.
