You used to have to pay $100+ on your next bill, have to transfer everything to another device, and send in your phone even if you only had a cracked screen now it's $29 and a tech meets you to fix a broken screen I can assure you that Asurion is worth having now

I could not erase my old iphone to send back. I called number that they said to erase device. It said At & T. That person didn't have a clue. Was suppose to send me an email and to Protect. No email and it went silent. I called Asurion and I got someone named Brandon. Needless to say the Pro directed me with ease. I think he needs to go and train some people.

Got tricked into signing up for this company through UBreakIFix. WHAT A SCAM OF A COMPANY! Holy cow. I have been trying to file a single claim for an ipad for 5 months! Everything I try to submit, they deny. The pictures aren't how they want or the signature wasn't done right, multitudes of reasons that they dont even state are needed!. I cannot wait to cancel but want to at least get my ipad fixed to get my monies worth.They make it impossible to get anything fixed. I seriously think this is a predatory practice. KEEP AWAY

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
