Seamless and fast. This was my first replacement for an iPad. This was super easy. I will recommend this to anyone who insures devices.

From the time we walked in the door until we walked out the staff was friendly, helpful, kind & efficient! They filed the claim took some info & within a 1/2 hr the phone was fixed & we were on our way. Didn't even know they were there or what they did but would highly recommend to anyone needing their service!

I live in a little Mitch were there is poor reception. Gave up on T Mobile after a tower was put up and gave us coverage. Had problems with porting of the phone numbers. The tech support was awesome. Turned every stone so to say and finally found the culprit. I was very impressed as not baby would go so far. Did not have as much help several years back with Verizon. But they have definitely changed for the better.

I'm so thankful I have this service! I highly recommend Asurion. They replaced a device that was broken beyond repair. A reasonable deductible and I was given two options to pay the deductible. Excellent service.

I submitted my claim for broken back glass on my iPhone. Claim was approved the same night, and repair scheduled for the next day. The next day the technician(Marshall)called me and informed me that he would arrive early for the repair. He arrived early and was eager to solve my problem. He fixed my phone in less than an hour and my phone looks brand new.

A friend sent me a document in a text message and I did not have an app for the document type. So I used the one that was suggested. That app took over my home screen. I could not uninstall the app and could not reset my prior home screen. With the Asurion representative's help, I am now back to my original home screen which returns the full control of my phone back to me. Everyone was patient and polite, they are the best.

The Asurion site had some issues with connecting to a customer service representative to handle my claim and I also had a problem connecting to initially the. But once I was able to connect with a service representative, they provided phenomenal support and made the experience so much better!

I was absolutely amazed at the ease and speed of my claim. It was was resolved and processed within minutes and I received the replacement iPad the very next day. That's what I call awesome service.

Within 30 minutes my IPhone 14 Pro screen was replaced, and works great! They showed up at my front door on time, and replaced the phone screen in their van quickly. Within 30 minutes they returned the phone and service was over. So easy!
