I live in a little Mitch were there is poor reception. Gave up on T Mobile after a tower was put up and gave us coverage. Had problems with porting of the phone numbers. The tech support was awesome. Turned every stone so to say and finally found the culprit. I was very impressed as not baby would go so far. Did not have as much help several years back with Verizon. But they have definitely changed for the better.

The next day the technician(Marshall)called me and informed me that he would arrive early for the repair. He arrived early and was eager to solve my problem. He fixed my phone in less than an hour and my phone looks brand new.

A friend sent me a document in a text message and I did not have an app for the document type. So I used the one that was suggested. That app took over my home screen. I could not uninstall the app and could not reset my prior home screen. With the Asurion representative's help, I am now back to my original home screen which returns the full control of my phone back to me. Everyone was patient and polite, they are the best.

The Asurion site had some issues with connecting to a customer service representative to handle my claim and I also had a problem connecting to initially the. But once I was able to connect with a service representative, they provided phenomenal support and made the experience so much better!

I purchased a scooter for my niece's birthday November this last year and earlier this week she let me know that there was a piece loose that looked like it was becoming detached from the scooter. I spent three days running in circles just trying to find the actual product and the Asurion purchase that was attached to the item in my Amazon app but with no luck it just kept bringing back to things that weren't helpful including I couldn't find the purchase listed at all anywhere in my Amazon account I felt very thankful I still had the emails sent by Asurion regarding the purchase and that led me to the process to assist me in claims. My chat assistant Chriselle was a great help in completing filing my claim and finished out my chat leaving me much more hopeful for a better outlook on my day today I was 100% satisfied with the service of both the the assistant and the Asurion insurance contract.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
