Company shud give options
Of replacement or the cost of replacement. Cost if they gave cost of replacement i know ill have to wait but i could go out and purchase instead of waiting 10+ days
1. The options of replacements are bigger than original and the space is fitted for tgat size special so i have to readjust spacewhich may not work.
2. I have to wait 10 days to supposedly get new tv hopefully nothing happen with shipping for longer wait so that 10 + to wait for replacement.
I have purchased Asurion with all my sports outdoors equipment and I love the peace of mind I have knowing that it anything goes wrong I am protected and that I can have confidence that the process is simple to navigate and the customer service is superb.

I purchased an item and purchased product protection with Asurion. Just a few months after using my portable cooling system it stopped working. I contacted Asurion and proceeded to file a claim. Through their "chat" assistant they were able to resolve my issue with only a few questions. I am getting a full refund and will be able to purchase the same item or something else if I prefer. It was certainly an easy process and I will use Asurion protection plans again. I give it a 5 Star rating!

The GE washer purchased 4 plus years ago developed bad bearing noise a job that wouldn't be worth fixing but having the extended warranty made it worth fixing.The technician was fast and had it fixed in an hour nice to have 39 years of experience under your belt if I blinked I might of missed him. So I didn't know I could leave a review of Asurion. This happened a yr ago... my screen cracked, I called Asurion, they sent me to the only repair place in my area of 300K+ people. Turns out I couldn't pay the $29 deposit and have my screen fixed bc the UBreakIFix store wouldn't honor insurance and accept the deposit and fix my screen. When talking to Asurion, they didn't have another option for me. I had to buy a new phone for $200+. Which is not a bad deal, but's not $29 either. Asuncion should have other options for repair stores in my area. Not particularly happy.
