The tech who helped me was fantastic. He kept me informed of everything that was happening. And despite his own system going through an update in the middle of our session he stuck with me an let me know he was still on the other end and hadn't left me hanging. Excellent customer service!
I scheduled a battery replacement through Asurion as my iPhone is about three years old and had a degraded battery. The technician was courteous and professional, and it took no more than 30 minutes for him to complete the battery replacement.

Fortunately, Dennis made the process easy as could be and gave me everything I would need to know to get my tablet on its way to being fixed!
My Samsung Note fell on the floor, didn't break externally, but something inside went wrong and it quit recognizing my SIM. Demar was the customer service rep with Asurion that I dealt with and he stayed on support chat with me for at least an hour. Very patient, we tried a lot of things to try to get my phone back up and running. I appreciate his efforts!

Had an issue with a chair from a third party seller on Amazon. The seller was nice, but claimed they refunded me when they did not, they told Amazon my bank declined the refund. NOT! Anyway, I'm glad I purchased the 2 yr protection plan because this chair malfunctioned after a year. I filed a claim via chat with Assurion and they handled everything in less than an hour. Jasmein, the agent who handled this was absolutely AWESOME! I loved how she was caring, friendly, and professional. Jasmien represented Assurion very very well.
I wasn't actually certain that this would be legit, but with such an expensive and finicky purchase, and from a not-always-reliable mass retailer, I decided to be safe. I'm so glad I chose to add Asurion. They are easy to contact, easy to talk to, and Chriselle answered all of my follow-up questions in a natural, kind, and clear way. I was able to get a shipping label via email, and now I can return my defective item past the retailer's usual window. Excellent service.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
