I purchased a trampoline and it broke. I contacted the warranty place where I purchased a warranty and they took care of it immediately. They are going to send me a amazon gift card for the amount of the purchase of the trampoline. I will definitely get another warranty when I purchase another trampoline. Great experience.

I've always had very pleasant experiences with Asurion. I have phone insurance because I have a horrible track record of either losing or breaking my phones. Whether it's customer service or technical support the agents have been extremely helpful and they are always pleasant and personable. I always receive my replacement phone the following business day. They've never once given me a hard time. Hassle free.
Overall I very satisfied with the process and repair job. It was completed in a few hours and my phone was made like new again.
The service was fast with Asurion. I am not really happy with the selection for the replacement device. A little disappointed with the operation of the replacement. The previous model I pone 11 pro max was much faster and less issues than the I phone 12 Pro max. Issues with internet connectivity and updating apps which worked fine on previous device.

Phone had badly damaged front screen and also back glass cracked. Submitting the claim only took a few minutes and the whole process took about 1 week with the shipping back and forth.
I purchased a grind and brew coffee maker from Amazon. This product was made in China and had average reviews. I also bought the protection plan. After about 1.5 years, the filter bowl plunger spring came off, and I could not make coffee. I filed a claim, and the claim was accepted.

I filed a claim through online chat and was almost immediately connected to a Representative. The Rep understood my problem and opened a claim ticket for me, making sure they understood my problem. My Rep (Maricris) was clear, concise and gave great feedback. What I expected to be a drawn-out process was handled quickly. Professionally and took a matter of minutes. Very happy with my Asurion experience. I will definitely have all my tech products insure with Asurion in the future.
There should be more Customer Service Rep's like Romeo! If I had him every time I had an issue, well, I guess there wouldn't be any issues! He's the best!
Until this chat, I have been trying for about 6-7 months for Verizon to issue an RMA. I spoke numerous times to customer service. Each time I was told that they will send a box and a RMA. Nothing happened. My last contact said I should just send it back. I finally got the address to which I will send the phone back on my dime. I will photograph the unit so as to avoid any future issues so verizon can credit my account the $600.00 you debited.
As an aside, I have been a loyal customer for over 22 years and I don't feel that this issue should have been resolved in more than 6 months Regards

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
