My inner screen on my Samsung Galaxy z flip 6 was cracked. We have AT&T Protect Advantage 4 insurance plan so I called Asurion about filing a claim & it was simple. Only issue was the insurance employee I spoke to told me that my particular phone usually isn't repairable and my best option was to replace my device which is $275. He told me that I had a few options and our called got dropped. I went to Asurion site to finish my claim and 2 options were to replace device or send it for repair. So I sent it in for a repair and thank God it was repaired by uBreakiFix. So I suggest always send in a device to see if it can be repaired before replacing the device.
I dropped accidently dropped my phone and smashed the screen, they promptly sent materials to ship the phone out and had it back to me in a few days which is amazing!

After a reason upgrade to the Samsung S22 Ultra, I was having to reset the phone when moving from vehicle to vehicle. If you did not reset the phone the phone would not connect correctly via Bluetooth. Once given the information to Asurion, the tech was able to provide a fix by clearing one of the system caches. The downside to the call for support was the wait time when using the chat function.
Very quick and easy process. I use my phone for a lot of my work needs and was able to drop it off and get it back a few hours later looking brand new! Highly recommend this place!

There seems to be a big delay in receiving voicemail indications. Roel gave me a few troubleshooting solutions but none worked he suggested I contact Tier 2 for more help so that is what I will do.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
