Marry is a godsend

I clicked on the chat box completely freaking out about how none of my purchases and warranties were matched up correctly and I was afraid I was going to have to go through emails and prove everything was wrong. But Marry just asked for a the warranty numbers and easily findable information on the orders I needed to align them with and sorted everything out for me. I very much felt like my day was going to be a mess and ruined by this mess. I am so relieved everything was so easy to put into order, for me anyway, I'm not sure how much effort it took on their end, but they certainly didn't make me feel like I was causing inconvenience whatsoever.

I am very reliant on my garden hose to water my nearly 100 potted plants. When my hose breaks, it's a huge inconvenience, and when the hose breaks sooner than expected, it can get expensive. The hose that I had gotten coverge for was purchased on Apr 7. It was only over a month later on May 24 that the hose sprung a leak. It definitely wasn't as durable as promised. Of course I'm only able to get a refund from the seller if it breaks within a month. So luckily, I had Asurion coverage and they are sending me an e-gift card for the price of the hose. The claim process was fast and easy once I connected with a representative in chat. That was the key. Submit a claim by chat! I was having a difficult time trying to submit a claim online by myself. So do yourself a favor and purchase the additional coverage for water hoses. Totally worth it!

I was frustrated because the phone I have has no sim/emergency call only for a few days and im missing out on important calls so a rep explained after my new SIM card come in and all the options didn't work he would help me out to make I sure I have a good working phone. I love the way they make the customers feel comfortable and appreciated

From the moment I spoke to your wonderful customer service person I was informed on what it would take to get another phone quickly and efficiently. Maeanne was excellent answering all of my questions. She helped me to erase my phone so that I could get a trade-in credit from Verizon. She also answered questions about how to use the buttons on my new iPhone 16 including how to access Siri. The wait for each exchange was not long --- at most 1-2 minutes.

It's a scam to rip you off

I purchased this with my new laptop. I figured that I would never need It, now I wish I'd saved that money. "short story" the laptop messed up all of my data is on it and they wanted me to send it back to them so they could tell me that it is not repairable, I already knew that! No thanks. I'll just keep the laptop as a reminder not to fall for this so called insurance scam! The best thing about this is the person that I chatted with was very nice.
