If I ever had an issue with any of my devices I'd request for the same man you be my service agent! He was not only on time meaning in between the time frame that was provided but he worked from the time he showed up until he got the issue resolved! He was extremely nice and even left a helpful life tip with my little cousin)he probably thought he was my son) as a young man and I really appreciate him for that because it definitely takes a village to raise these young kids especially during these times

I have been with Asurion over 15 years and had my phone replaced a handful of times throughout the 15 years. Each time I filed a Claim, Asurion has came through 100%. I have nothing but good things to say about Asurion. After my Claim was filed, by the next 3-4 days, I have my replacement phone up and running. They are very reliable and act fast.
