The claim process seemed really easy in the beginning but then took longer than the time that was claimed that it would take. Sent product back with label provided, and according to customer service, the tracking number says that the product was received in asurion depot but depot has not acknowledged for a whole week that the product was received, so now I'm currently waiting on someone to get back with me concerning this issue.

This company is the worst company I've ever had to deal with communication wise. I file the claim which I first double checked with agent of theirs who had great customer service. However, I then proceeded to get 10 rejections of on my claim well never truly telling me why even when asked I was always giving it different reason. I then would talk to an agent and they would say everything I was doing was fine. I just needed to make some small corrections. For example, the address that I put on there was not the address they had on file but I had moved. Anyway, a lot of stupid silly mistakes and I still have never gotten my $2,500 back from my computer breaking on me.

I had a great experience with them. That was very professional. Got everything done very quickly no hassles no unnecessary loops. I would definitely recommend them.
Other than some technical difficulties with verification of ID, I think Asurion has saved me money. Quick shipping and good customer service. The phone process though is bad and it is hard and takes a while to actually reach a person to talk to. Once you reach someone though there nice. I think there are some technical and phone processes that you could make easier than they are.

Not only was she the most patient human being alive with the spirit of the Christmas god's themselves, she was great company while I tried my best to perform the simplest of tasks and with her help, I barely even struggled. She could talk Osama bin Laden out of a cave. Why is she not a CEO herself? Who is running this place? Hand Christine the reigns.

At first I filled out a service ticket online to have it brought in for repairs bur decided to call the company to be on the safe side. I am glad I did because instead of repairing the old TV, they actually replaced it with a new 70 inch upgrade. It was delivered in a few days of the approval.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
