The claim process was fairly easy. I sent in my son's Nintendo Switch due to water damage. We got back the switch fairly quickly and fixed. My son was excited to have his switch back and working again. Great service overall!

Two year old LG had panel issue. Easy to file claim. Service tech arrived two days later. Said it was a panel issue. Today asurion told me $900 to repair so they are recommending refund. Chat was great and very responsive.

Since lods out grow bats seemingly every year, this protection is a no brainer. Pay for a good bat once, and the. Only pay the difference, tax and new protection plan the next year. Saves a couple hundred dollars each year!
