Once they understand your needs they connect you to the proper department. You do not have to spend 10 minutes talking to a computer to reach a tech. It is truly a weight off of my back and I am grateful

Since lods out grow bats seemingly every year, this protection is a no brainer. Pay for a good bat once, and the. Only pay the difference, tax and new protection plan the next year. Saves a couple hundred dollars each year!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
