I was frustrated going into this chat because I had been on multiple chats, went in store and tried all the troubleshooting. Nikkea and this Asurion chat were my last resort. Not only did Nikkea go above and beyond my expectations they did it fast and efficiently. I'm so grateful as it was getting frustrating nit getting group messages outside of iPhones.

In addition to resolving the issue, Bryan was very very patient with me. He waited on me repeatedly to do what I needed to do on my end to transfer data and activate a phone. It wasn't an easy setup-ran into several issues. Bryan had solutions for each issue and as I said was very calm and patient and took all the time needed to resolve my issue. The back of my screen was cracked and a piece missing. I went to website. Answered a few easy to follow questions. Got a response back immediately that my claim was filed and accepted. Now we wait to see if replacement phone arrives in 1-3 days!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
