From past experiences with other product insurance in the past, I didn't have high expectations. But, the process was very easy, the responses were very quick and professional. I was absolutely shocked by how easy and professional the process was. I had the gift card to replace my chair that afternoon after sending in one more picture that was requested that morning. (The needed picture was my fault as I forgot to include it the day before. They were very clear in what they needed from me.) I was expecting a hard time, for it to be dragged out, or denied. (I had a bad experience with another product insurance company years ago.) But, instead I was given very prompt responses and professionalism. I purchased the insurance with my replacement chair. I hope I don't need it this time though.

I used the online chat to assist me in filing my claim. I needed to use that since the system thought my purchase was still under MFG warranty but it was not. They were extremely helpful in getting that sorted out and only took a couple of minutes to get my claim filed.

Best technical support EVER! As I tried setting up my "new" iPhone SE from my old iPhone 6S, it seemed to be caught in a limbo of data transfer. Arlington was fantastic! Starting from an unknown point in the setup process, Arlington figured out how to get the new phone setup and data transferred. Customer service was good.They help you fast...The only bad part was the person who they send to fix my Washing machine he left a big mess.It was so bad even my dryer was dirty and he didn't need to touch my dryer... it was very hard for me to clean the washing machine in side and out side I'm not sure if was glue or grease?

My customer service representative, Diana, was quickly able to look into the details of my issue l. She asked me security questions and verified my identity. In addition, she went the extra mile to look into the details of my current claim, which really was secondary to why I called in the first place. Times are extremely difficult now and because we depend on this really intangible idea of the power in money, please either give Diana a raise and/or bonus. To ease any of the societal demands for money. Let her breath without worry, just if even for a little while.
I was a doubter and now I'm a believer. I had a phone replaced. It was a smooth transition until my new SIM card wouldn't allow me to make calls with the replacement phone. Jesus answered and guided me. Used the old SIM and witnessed a MIRACLE.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
