Called when my printer no longer maintained power. Reached a technician who tried to help. Didn't succeed. Asurion customer service person guided me to ship my printer off with label by UPS. Bought a new printer at Staples store. When I received full reimbursement, went back to store which refunded me for my purchase. Worked out well.
Always have polite technicians and knowledgeable for their jobs. Very clean we'll appreciated.
My experience was horrible! They ended up giving me $1,000 towards a new cooktop, which i had to pay for the balance and installation. They claim was made on 10/1/22 and they finanlly settled with me on 11/21/22 - i spent hours on the phone with GE and asurion because Asurion claimed they didnt receive anything, but GE cc me on the emails. And Asurion added things like "it was because of improper use" when GE did not say that in there email. Then they changed it to read "beyond the manufactures recomendations" they will lie just to not pay a claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORIBLE TO DEAL WITH! GO WITH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD OR ANOTHER COMPANY AVIOD THIS ONE AT ALL COST!
I'm not good when it comes to technology phones but I decided to try to chat with customer support bc I didn't want to hold. I'm glad I did n it gave me all I needed n it saved me from driving 24 miles to the Verizon Store. Thanks for helping me

I phone was stolen on Friday night and I filed a claim on Saturday morning. So went to my apartment office to use there computer to file my claim. But is was giving me problems doing it online so I had to call the 800 # Thank god I got everything done that way.
AT&T made submission of a claim so easy and fast. Right to the end!
I have lost my phone and had it stolen and had my phone replaced through asurion both times and it was delivered in a timely fashion as well which makes me feel so valued and grateful.

Britney was very helpful and patient. She assured me that I had made no mistakes, as I thought I had. She offered me guidance that I used to finish setting up my new iPhone 14 pro. Now I can show it off to all my friends. Most importantly, now that I have the Verizon network I can make calls and use the web in the city where I work. My old network does not have service. No more dead air! Thank you Verizon.

I had been trying to get a status on my claim because the site was not updated, so I figured I would try the online chat. I usually never like to try the chat because its always a bot and they can never seem to understand my issues. Regardless, I was given an actual representative and she was quick to resolve my issue. She was professional and prompt, exactly what you want and need when dealing with online customer service.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
