I've had the service for some time now. Today was first time using it. The customer service team was GREAT! They handled me and my issue quickly. Gave me the answers and info I needed very quickly, and treated me very well. I am happy to pay for good customer service. It is nice to see there are still companies out there that understand that. Happy to know these people are there when I need them.

Initially it was difficult to figure out how to contact Asurion. Once I spoke to an operator, she was very polite and thorough and set me up with an appointment within a few days. On that day I was texted a message which said my appointment was not available. There were 80 to 100 other calls to be attended to. So I had to wait until another was available. Seems to me that more service workers need to be hired. After several months we finally were able to have a service man come. He was polite and thorough in fixing our problem. We did not lose any of our frozen food which I had been fearing for several months. Not too assuring for Asurion.
Judy was an amazing customer service agent and i really appreciate her amazing operating skills. She was quickly able to answer any questions i had.

There was no wait time for assistance and the asurion tech was quick to suggest steps and where to get further assistance as well as how and where to use my home plan. A+
I purchased the Verizon in home protect plan that covers all my electronics and had my 60 inch TV go out and had to turn it in to insurance. They were unable to fix the TV so they gave me the choice between 5 different new tv's to replace the current one and I was able to actually get a 65 inch Samsung that is better quality than my old LG 4k that went bad. I highly recommend purchasing this insurance it has already paid for itself

We had a great experience from first phone call to final repair. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and quite good at what he does. We were very pleased.
So the actual customer service representative,and the chatting system was nice and easy. My only thing to point out though is it wasn't to easy to find a way to talk on the phone with someone.they have a way to call through your service provider,but then you have to put in your cell service information just to get to asurion support I suppose.other wise a fairly nice and easy customer support system.

I bought insurance with Asurion for all electronics devices in my family and my daughter's Apple Mac book pro broken the screen. I called file the claim online very easy and all went through.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
