When I logged onto the Asurion website to file a claim for my lost Google Pixel 6a phone, I expected a somewhat long online experience, and having to go from one window to another. Great service and easy to file claim

It was easy to file the claim for my iPad. The screen was cracked and cut my finger. A few simple questions and my deductible and my iPad is already on the way. Way better then having to buy a new one. Have you seen the prices on these things.

TV quit in the middle of my show!

This is the first time I've had someone work with me that didn't make me feel like I was not able to communicate or needed to get someone to help me get through it. The other thing is that I didn't have to pay through the nose for advice. I feel good instead of angry, the bottom line is the tv's

Roku Protection Plan Fast Service!

Replacement TV

Our tv lost a picture; a Direct TV technician came and could not fix the issue. He helped us in the process of filing a claim, and the repair service promptly notified us. After determining it was not reasonable to fix the tv due to the cost of the parts, Direct TV sent us a choice of replacement tvs. We ordered one, and it was delivered in a week. It immediately hooked up to our Direct TV remote and within 30 minutes the new tv was in action. We are very glad we had insurance coverage with Direct tv.
