MacBook refund

I bought a MacBook from Backmarket and purchased the 2 year warranty for an extra 100$ and it Came in soo clutch! My battery went out and is covered through insurance. They sent me a new box and label to send it back in. But I lost the box soo they resent me a new label and made me responsible for the box. Super super helpful!

Amazing customer service

So my phone had some issues and I called and was sent out a refurbished replacement (It's almost 3 years old now). Setting up was relatively painless until I got to the cellular setup. I used the chat customer support window and was connected to Jasmine who was EXTREMELY patient with me even though I am a chatty little monster sometimes.
She resolved my issue with no problems, minus my being blind apparently xD
This woman needs a raise!

I'm a 65 y.o non techy woman. Jasmine was very patient and helpful with me. A lot of people get impatient and roll their eyes with people like me. Even over the phone you can tell they're rolling their eyes. Jasmine never made me feel like she was rolling her eyes. I appreciate this service and that it's available for us.

I am usually totally stressed when I have to deal with transferring data on phones etc, but you have a real gem in Derek. He was very helpful- very patient and personable. I had both two iphones and they both worked fine. However, i wanted the two phone numbers switched from a red phone 14 to a blue phone 12. The technical support helped me do this maneuver. I owe them my greatest respect for their knowledge and expertise.
