Through the AT&T app, I quickly submitted a claim on my damaged Galaxy smart phone. I contacted the help line via chat to make sure the claim went through because it seemed too fast! Elizabeth was friendly and professional over the chat. She answered my questions quicky and to my great satisfaction.

My oven was not heating up properly and due to a bad experience with a extended warranty from a competitor i was reluctant to call.
