I have been using Asurion Home Plus for almost one year. It has been very valuable. After submitting a few claims, I have been able to get my devices repaired or replaced (when they couldn't fix it). Having this peace of mind has been extremely helpful.
I didn't give them 5 stars because it is a bit difficult to submit a claim. There is a lot of back and forth. Sometimes you have to fill out forms that are not electronic forms and submit them. That is very taxing. And sometimes its hard to fit your problem into the pre-defined boxes. However, once you get past that, it is a very valuable plan. They have fixed 1 laptop, replaced 1 laptop, and fixed a Nintendo Switch. It has been great! They have saved me valuable money, which I say is worth the hassle for submitting the claim.
My tech coach is always easy to chat with and they always solve my issues within seconds
I filed a claim. Got a hold of customer service fast and they resolved my problem and handled it with care and importance.
Hopefully I can figure out where my iPad is and we got the recovery process we will see how it goes
Well the operators were nice an I am not racist or any thing but I do prefer to speak to a live operator than text this message if you know what I mean so the person can walk me through the process of claiming my new LG STYLO 3.

The clock and timer board went bad. The issue was resolved quickly so glad we bought the insurance protection. The customer service person ( Paul) was so nice and resolved the issue within the first call. Thanks, Donna Mc
Iphone XR to Iphone 14 switch over did great but cell service would not link or connect to new Iphone 14 after the "activation set up" between phones. Looked like everything moved over but the cell phone and text were not operational on new Iphone 14. Used the "Chat" with access to a Tech Coach and we were up with phone and text on new Iphone 14 in 15 minutes!
Life is shorty and time is expensive. It almost an hour to get my claim taken care of. The process for making a was redundant and inefficient. I ended up having to call to actually get my claim taken care of. Something I was trying to avoid. Again life is short and time is not refundable.
I was not happy with the additional charge for the repair, it seemed to be a bit high.

Nice customer service. Definitely call in and speak to a real person instead of filing a claim on line. This clears up any confusion They were great when I went this route. Nice lady That helped me. Awesome!
We had issues transferring data. Contacted Verizon and Michelle no only helped us resolve the issue but was so nice and pleasant to talk too! She is a legend in customer service!

The overall experience was phenomenal from submitting a claim to the tech coming to the house. It was wonderful having the tech come to the house so we didn't have to go find a repair place. The tech was within the time limit for a repair, within the time limit of arrival, friendly and professional. He was top notch! I would recommend this service to everyone!
I have been on this plan for over 5 years. I had a 43in tv reeplaced with a Samsung 4k that is still great after 3 years. I had some bad luck, and needed work on 2 big tv's, a 65in hd tv, and a 65in 4k tv.
The process went smoothly and the repair people were at my house within 3 days. The 65in hd had to be taken to the shop and was repaired within 3 days. The 65in 4k tv needed to be replaced and I was given 5 tv's to choose from. I chose another LG and was given a 70in instead of the 65in. The tv is great and the service is BETTER! Thanks for the service.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
