I hate the system slow it's backwards and something stolen anything from the post office or whatever to get the claimant you should be able to talk to an operator it shouldn't be everything online or they push you online I think that's one-sided especially for people who have a challenge using the website to the web web web page whatever website

My customer service rep was kind and patient. I always love when someone is patient with me because it can be hard for me to explain what my issue is. I can say my overall with Asurion has been nothing but delightful.
The back glass on my phone had shattered and i had looked into a phone repair store to replace it. They all said a crazy amount and time frame. With Asurin i was able to file a claim for a replacement easy and will get it in the same time frame.
I came to the Asurion website to transfer data from my old phone to my replacement phone. Since I had no idea what to do, and didn't want to do it wrong and lose data, I was somewhat nervous. But chatting with Mitchell put me at ease as he patiently led me through the steps and waited while I found things and tried unfamiliar things. It was taking so long to backup the phone, I left the chat, confident that when I need help again, this website and the chatroom will help me along the remaining process.
In addition, Diana and Shanquetta were super helpful when I first reported the problem and filed my claim. The calls took quite a while to complete, but everyone has been super helpful. I found everyone very pleasant and patient.
I had an issue with one of the phones on my plan and the representative that I spoke with had it straightened out within a few minutes. I was very pleased with the interactions with the representative.

After calling asurion they sent the replacement phone very quickly. Just wish I didn't have to fill out a survey to be able to look at my information.
When I tried to file a claim, Asurion ran their trouble shooting exercise and told me it was a software problem. I spent $100 on a computer tech to document that it was not a software problem and called Asurion back 3 weeks later to open a claim. They told me I had to run the trouble shooting exercise AGAIN and I had to raise my voice to tell them I would not do that and the problem is hardware. Then they gave me incorrect instructions for the UPS pick up, saying UPS would notify me when they were coming, which they did not, so UPS left a "sorry we missed you note," and the Asurion website says they won't make another attempt. After paying for a 4-year warranty and using it for the first time after 2 years into the warranty, this is the biggest rip-off and BS ever.

I had my phone stolen from me at EDC Orlando this past weekend. The replacement process was incredibly fast and easy! Plus since I hadn't filed a claim in the past 12 months (or ever), I actually received a 50% off discount on my phone replacement! As well as the phone I received was a proper BRAND NEW IN BOX phone, rather than a refurbished one fixed with another insurance claim like I've received from other insurance companies before. I'm very impressed.
When I spoke with the representative setting me up with my new phone and deactivating the old one (Kaylin), she was extremely professional and a great rep to chat with. Very knowledgeable and answers everything I threw at her!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
