Super easy and fast process. Paid $275 fee for a new prone (same model) and it's saying that will be shipped in 2 days. Kept thinking that it would be cheaper just to fix the screen as my phone is like new condition (other than the cracked window)... However I didn't have to leave home to deal with that. Good experience. Hope that they send me a new model, not the same model I have for the fee I paid, as I already pay a monthly fee.

As most households with kids and teens, the number of devices is getting a bit absurd, but having the protection and peace of mind that comes with a policy like the one offered by Asurion, one can rest easy. For example, my daughter's Macbook Air laptop was not even 3 years old, however the original warranty had lapsed and the Apple Store said it would be about $500 to fix. You can buy a new one on sale for $800. So, my choices were not great, but then I remembered I had this policy and sure enough it was covered for a small deductible of $99. We got it back in less than 2 weeks and it works perfectly.

I used my Tech Support App as my phone was not allowing calls, they went to voice mail. Josh at tech support was on in less than a minute. We should have it fixed. They are very patient with non tech savvy people.

I called Asurion to check on the extended warranty to see what was needed to file a claim. The claims agent that took my call proceeded to explain the process and within in a minute or two she had all the information needed to handle my claim. Within 5 minutes she had the claim processed and approved for submittal. She told me it would be processed immediately so I could get a new leaf blower ordered. Within 4 days I received the protection plan claim check and got a new leaf blower.
My call was handled with care by the agent and very professional with no hassle at all. Beyond my expectations. I made sure I had Asurion Protection Plan on my new leaf blower.

I can honestly say I have never had a good computer repair experience...until now. The ease and efficiency of the entire process blew me away! We dropped my two-year-old laptop off at the UPS store Monday night and it was back in my hands - good as new with a replacement screen and keyboard -Friday afternoon! Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
